Horrible service. I used to loved this place but I was told the management had changed. Long-story short, we were the only table on a Monday night, our food took about 40 minutes to be served, one of the plates was wrong and had to wait another 10 minutes. We were never asked if we were ok while waiting, I saw my server LITERALLY 3 times. It was my birthday, so while we were eating the same person who run our food (not our server), brought me a birthday cake. WHILE I WAS EATING, the “ice cream cake” melted. (later on, our server told us that back in kitchen they thought we were “in a hurry”??) dont even make sense. Awful. At the end we had to leave 20%tip cause “it’s already included” as if the service was good.

I’ve been coming to D’Arcos for more than a year and I assume it’s now under new management as the menu has updated and staff changed. With that being said I am so disappointed. The waiter got my order wrong, there is a language barrier so it was hard to place my order. I ordered Salmon w/ Penna Vodka and they served me Tilapia. I only eat Salmon so I know the difference. They was adamant about it being Salmon and the sauce was way too red. I use to love coming here and unfortunately this will be my last visit

Stopped by for dinner on a whim. Service very good, everyone very nice and fast service. Ordered several appetisers to share including burrata, sausage with broccoli rabe and beet salad, all of which were very good. Pizza was very nice, not super thin crust as normally prefer but nice and crispy, very tasty. Cornish hen dish delicious. We got a free sample of their new gelato flavours- all very good, pistachio was excellent! We’ll be back!

This place is amazing!! Their crab cakes are the best ever. My wife is a bit of a crab cake snob, and she absolutely loved them and they are her favorite ones now. The sauce that comes with them is amazing too. I kept putting my fried mozzarella in it. Speaking of which, the fried mozzarella is amazing too. Seriously, non-pornographic words do not exist to describe how good their food is. Their eggplant parm is also the best I’ve ever had, and my steak was amazing! Their prices are really good too. You seriously need to go here!

This place was a hidden gem I wish I knew of prior. The food was both affordable and high quality. The fried mozzarella had such pull, was crunchy, and the cheese was velvety. The crab cakes, too, were heaven. They were so flavorful and drenched in a sauce that made me consider licking the plate.

Not a bad place. Food is good but is frozen and not always fresh. The pizza is good, but when you order take out, always plan for an extra 15-20 min when you pick up. Each time I go to pick up I’m always told that nothing is ready, and to wait “about 10 minutes or so”. Aside from this, food is good, atmosphere and service are very nice.
