Great sushi at a decent price too! The drinks were delicious especially their cocktails. They paired well with their sushi rolls. I enjoyed their California and shrimp tempura roll. Its fun to get a bunch of rolls and share them with friends on a night out. Highly recommend!

I go here at least once a month with my girlfriends. Wednesday is 50% Rolls (special rolls). The place has a great atmosphere and fast service. The food is good and made fresh. They serve wine & mixed drinks.

This place is average. The food does not have any special qualities. It is what it is on the menu. The bartender is kind, but will not anticipate your needs or is quick to service empty drinks or plates. They are not over the top, they will not exceed your expectations, but they will provide a solid meal with over generous portions of fried rice.

Kind of pricey but tasty. We really enjoyed the sake sampler that had coconut, pear and rose flavors, it was really fun to try each of them! We got 3 rolls and miso soup for $40. The dessert list looked amazing but we didn’t try any. Signature rolls were tasty but the plain roll wasn’t impressive.

I was impressed with Dao! They have great food, really nice people who work there and the overall feeling of being there was warm and inviting. The portions are great, they offered some simple Thai and Japanese foods that are delicious, rather than trying to concoct rolls that make no sense and calling themselves “fusion”. They are traditional and real. I loved it there and will go back many times. They also have 50 percent off specialty rolled sushi on Weds and all you can eat on Sunday….omg!

Their service is really hit or miss – you’ll often be forgotten at your table while the staff gossips at the bar. That aside, they make some really amazing food! Sushi is always fresh and they they don’t skimp on portions. If they could get more attentive staff working there, they’d be a 5 star in a second.
