Dante’s Pizza was founded in 1996, named after our beloved grandfather. Our first pizzeria was located in Queens, New York. Our family has been running pizzerias since the 1970s, and it’s always been a family affair. We take great pride in using only the finest ingredients and recipes that have been passed down through generations.

Had an amazing meal at Dante’s Pizza & Restaurant in Cresskill, NJ-literally walked out stuffed and happy!
Grabbed a couple of slices and an order of spaghetti with meat sauce. The pasta was spot-on al dente, loaded with hearty ground beef in a rich, flavorful tomato sauce, topped with fresh herbs. Portions are generous, and it tasted like homemade Italian comfort food at its best.
And yeah, the pizza slices were fire too-definitely living up to the hype as one of the best in Bergen County.
Friendly staff, great value, and real-deal flavors. If you’re nearby, this spot is a must! 10/10, heading back soon.

Dante’s is very charming. Very clean and welcoming. Staff & service excellent. The food is good however the pizza not so much. The crust was nice and crispy but there was hardly any cheese on it. Pizza is supposed to be nice and cheesy!

Their prices are reasonable and home delivery is FREE! Dan the owner is always pleasant and he goes out of his way to please ALL customers. I grabbed a regular slice, my girlfriend got a Sicilian slice, and I ordered a chicken parm hero everything was very good. I came back again later for a chicken cutlet hero and that was great too. Jen was super nice and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Solid food and portions, friendly service, and easy recommendation.

One of the best pizza spots in Bergen County! Danny the owner is always super friendly and greets everyone like family, and his staff is just as welcoming. We’ve been multiple times and tried a bunch-from classic pizza to pasta dishes-and everything’s been delicious. Highly recommend-we’ll definitely keep coming back!

Ordered pick up, it was ready quickly, we had a cheese, pepperoni and a specialty pizza. The specialty pizza was not good, the white sauce was too chunky. I would recommend this place for their simple marinara 1 topping pizzas. Staff was nice and helpful.

I love coming here. Whether I’m dining in or taking out the food is always amazing. I asked for a specialty pizza not on their menu, and it was great! It can be a little busy at times there, but that’s just to show how great their food and staff are. The dining area has been redone. They’ve got red and white checkerboard table clothes and mini tea lights for a full dining experience. I would definitely recommend visiting… You will not be disappointed!
