The absolute best burger on all the south side!
I would put this in the category right below Nic’s grill in OKC! Great burger with tons of flavor!
Price was a touch high but didn’t mind after the first bite! I don’t mind paying a bit more for quality! The staff was friendly and a lady who I presume was part of the managing staff was very friendly. They even told us about their grab and go breakfast section that starts at 5am for them hard working folks! I will certainly go back! Thanks Dan’s!!!

1/4 # Big Dan with cheese and a SMALL fry! A large fry must come in a container with wheels! Love the old fashioned burger and fries!

We just finished lunch here at Dan’s and it was delicious! Although the hamburger I had was not a true Oklahoma onion, i.e. patty smashed into the onions, the grilled onions on the burger were lip smacking good! My wife had the BLT and it was fantastic! The bacon was thick and smoky and plentiful! What a sandwich! We both had the fries that were handcut, hot and awesome! Be aware of the sizes. We order two “petite” fries and we could of got on with a single! The vibe of the restaurant was coke cola with memorabilia all over! Service was awesome and fast! Will come back when we are in the area!! Loved it!!

I eat here often, but my last visit was not pleasant. Service was fine. I got my hamburger. However, my fries weren’t finished at the same time. I had to wait 15 minutes later. They brought me my fries, but unfortunately the fries were so greasy that I couldn’t eat Em.
The one thing they’re missing when they’re making fresh fries. They are not blanching they fries. After you cut the fresh fries, put them in boiling water 43 minutes.Take them out, dry them off. Then, put them in the deep frier. You will be shocked at hollow’s fresh fries. Turn out much much, much, much better and a better flavor and not greasy. Most places don’t know this trick. But if you’ll try it, everybody will be talking about your fries being the best ever.

I thought this place had gone out of business til my granddaughter treated my mom and I to late lunch. They have moved since I ate at there other location on Western closer to SW 74th. Mom & I got ours to go, so my granddaughter could visit with a friend who worked there. Just like I remembered, awesome onion burgers with fresh cut fries, which by the was was a nice big size portion
Atmosphere with there nostalgic membrobila you can’t beat
So glad my granddaughter treat us to there good ole fashion onion burgers . Win Win situation.

I really like this place. The people were very friendly and I like the atmosphere which is old collectible Coca-Cola stuff. If you’re there by yourself I should just go in with the petite french fries as I got the small which was actually a large I would hate to see what a large is. The burger was cooked very well. These are Onion burgers which means they have grilled onions cooked onto the top of the patty. It was pretty good but the prize were the hit they were amazing. Also pellet ice if you’re into that sort of thing.

Dan’s is now serving Breakfast. Dan’s is back!!! After closing the location on Western & 84th, they are in a new location at 104th & Western. The new location is great!! Cokeacola deco is all shined up and in place. They are fully staffed and fully stocked with all the favorites. Their menu remain the same, burgers and a few sandwiches. You don’t have to have a giant menu when you nail the things you do so well! Thank you Dan’s the onion burger was perfect!

I’ve been coming to Dan’s 30+ years. I definitely miss the old location just for the nostalgia. The onion burgers have always been the best and unlike most things they haven’t changed thank goodness! Thanks for deliciously consistent!

Cute little diner with a 50’s theme atmosphere. They flat grill their burgers and have a separate area for you to dress your own burger with ketchup, pickles, jalapeños, etc.

There are different size burgers, I got the smallest size with a small fry and a regular drink and it was eleven dollars and some change.

The burger was well seasoned and tasted great! My fries were a little soggy, but still good. They reminded me of the fries my Grandma used to make for me as a kid.

We got there right before the lunch rush so it was quiet, but right about noon the line was backed up to the door!

I would recommend trying this place if you haven’t!

Happened by here while looking for a different restaurant and ended up going up here instead and glad we did.

The menu is very limited, however, it’s worth the try. The three people working there were very busy with the entire restaurant packed to the gills. So be nice when you show up and there is a small wait because it will be worth it.

We all opted for the original onion burger, with a side of fries and onion rings. The burgers themselves were fantastic. I love a juicy burger that runs down your arm as you are trying to eat it. They offer several choices of cheese if you want that and they offer a toppings bar once your burger is done so you can doctor it up any way you like.

I love onion rings, but can’t stand the taste of beer and unfortunately for me the onion rings are dipped in a beer batter. The rest of the family loved them and the were fresh, not frozen. Fries, how do I love them . There is nothing better then fresh cut fries! So good!

Shop local, it’s worth it.
