Nothing wrong with the food (not bad not outstanding) but the customer service is about as bad as you can get. If the restaurant makes a mistake they should simply apologize and correct it with a smile and leaving the customer feeling as if you truly do appreciate their business. If they had done this after having messed up my order they would have received a much higher rating from me. Charging the customer to correct an order the person who answered the phone wrote down wrong is simply bad business. You don’t keep customers by charging them for your mistakes. That will leave your customers feeling like they were robbed. They made an extra few bucks off me this morning but they lost a repeat customer in the process and immortalized their bad business practice.
Response to the owner: It happened the morning I posted the above review two months ago. I placed a takeout order and you would know better than I who answered the phone and worked the register that morning. And if you’re the guy who was cooking that day then you sure did whether you remember or not. Denying it happened is not going to help your business at all. It certainly isn’t going to make me want to give you another chance. Treating your customers like they’re your most precious asset and not your prey is what would help your rating which I see has continued to drop.

Overly priced. Not much food on the plate. Food was not cold cold but barley warm. Can get same stuff at other places and save $10 to $12 and get more food on the plate. We usually for 3 of us spend $25 or less on breakfast. This is taxes and tip included.Here it was $36 for everything because of the way they charge. They do not have that great of a menu to choose from and charge for each individual item.

It sucked.price of eating there you could go to a nice restaurant. Tea was 2.99.3 drinks two grill chesse, 2 bowls of bad soup, and a small club with fries was 38.00 dollars not counting we did tip the waitress.
