It’s right across from the AMF lanes, a great spot for a bite before or after bowling. We were a group of 12, and the restaurant easily arranged a large table so we could sit together. Service was excellent and even split the bill into individual checks so each of us could pay separately. The food was tasty. I had the mushroom burger with a side of pasta salad. The menu offers a variety of good choices, and next time I’ll try the unlimited soup and salad.

I have been going to Danny’s for quite literally my entire life. It still looks, and even smells the same as when I was a munchkin. They have some of the best food around, and let’s be honest; you can’t beat a soup and salad bar. My husband and I enjoy their fish frys, and their coconut shrimp the best lately. The only critique I have is the seating. Due to some health issues, I’m not the smallest human. And those booths are the same ones that have been there forever, and unfortunately, not everyone is the same size as they were in the 90s/00s. If they updated their furnishings then this place would be borderline perfect. Regardless, I recommend this restaurant to everyone I speak to as far as dining out goes!

EVERYONE in Buffalo knows there is nothing like a bowl or multiple bowls of chicken wing soup from Danny’s. You can have the soup and salad bar special (my fav)
This way you can enjoy endless chicken wing soup or any of the other soups they have available that day. Don’t forget the croutons! Then spend a few minutes building your salad with a wide array of fresh toppings and your favorite dressing!
If soup and salad aren’t your thing. You can chose something else from the menu. What? You ask. Anything, because everything is delicious! I have enjoyed, chicken wings, beef on weck, wraps and fish fry to name a few.
Leave a nice tip for your server. They are excellent, courteous, and great at their job!

I recently joined family members here for a birthday dinner. I personally did not care for anything other than the server. She was very attentive and friendly with all her tables. This is a fairly busy restaurant with mostly senior diners. The menu items sound okay but are subpar at best. Portions are small and overpriced. Quality and flavor just aren’t there. I would not return, not even at the request of family members.

The waitress was friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and were good portions for the price. Buffalo Wing Soup had great flavors, meat was a little tough. Chicken Florentine sandwich was tender but could have used additional seasoning. Veggie wrap was good. Made in house peanut butter pie was delicious! We would eat here again.

The food was ok. The clam chowder wasn’t the best tastes like flour.The buffalo soup was pretty Good. Both my husband and I got the fish fry. Fish was cooked to hard, and the baked potato was cold. But the salad bar was cool.

This place has some of the biggest portions you’ve ever seen, a large salad bar, and a bar! My steak was cooked to perfection. But, as an out of towner, I absolutely did not like the famous Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup! (sorry)
