In town overnight for work at the hospital. Spotted this DB on my way to my hotel and immediately swung in to grab dinner. Best decision ever! Met the most delightful employee (owner??) at the front 🙂 She is from New Bern area too so we bonded over us both being from the coast. We chatted about the Morehead City location (which she runs too!!) . She also took the time to explain the new Gville Menu and suggested i try to organge chicken – so yummy!!. My food was packed so carefully and exactly how I requested (A++). She even threw in a sweet treat (A+++++) !!! That treat was exactly what I needed after a very long day of taking care of patients – and not pausing for myself. I desperately needed that tiny slice of heaven more than she knew 🙂 Whatever yall are paying this lovely woman I can gurantee you its not enough!! DO NOT LOSE HER!! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me tnite for dinner. Everyone definitely needs to come check out this DB location. You won’t be sorry!

This location seems to be temporarily closed but I came here last month and was hoping to visit again soon. When we went, I got the chicken tender platter, which is a secret menu item. The chicken tenders were really good and I got ranch as my dipping sauce. I go it to-go so it came all wrapped up. I was waiting to write a review because the chicken tenders were not necessarily something I wanted to/should have ordered from a place that offers burritos, but I was craving chicken tenders that day. I went inside to let them know I placed an online order and the people working were very efficient and nice. I’m not sure if this location is closing for good, but if they are, I’ll be a little sad. I want to try one of their quesadillas sometime.

I was hungry and he had a taste for Fried fish, but decided to eat healthier and come to Chicken Salad Chick. “Dank Burrito” drew me in; and it wasn’t disappointing. I tried the Cherry Wine, Braised Beef Quesadilla, served with fried pita chips. The flavors from the quesadilla and chipotle dip, the crunch from the pita chips.. the meal was delicious and so satisfying to the taste buds! 10 out 10 for me.!!! They have so many choices; I”ll be back..

The only reason I came here was for the Honey Truffle Buffalo. Apparently the new owner decided that this was the only location in the entire state that would NOT have it on the menu. Staff may have been nice before the first closing, but I won’t know moving forward cause I ain’t going back. Super disappointing that my excitement for the reopening was immediately dashed.
Two stars since some other burritos are okay but not worth it considering other places in the area.
Reply to reply – Yikes! The fact that the founder and management team made the decision to change up the menu is actually somehow worse knowing this info. And you really can’t get mad at someone because they don’t like your food and don’t want to come back and are warning others that have a cult following for a very specific item. For reference, the Cali Gold burrito is too salty, which someone else has mentioned in reviews. I’m not spending another $15+ to try that experience again when it wasn’t remarkable beyond elevating my blood pressure. And if I wanted hot chicken, I can walk across the parking lot to get hot chicken. I will also comment that the teriyaki burrito isn’t terrible, but it isn’t enough to draw me back in. The same goes with the plain jane, the jerk chicken, and Asian pulled pork. Those options just don’t hit the spot most of the time. Best of luck in surviving in the Greenville market.

I have been there multiple times, I usually place mobile orders. I’ve tried the cheesesteak bowl, the teriyaki chicken bowl & the Asian pulled pork bowl. The staff is very friendly & it’s a nice environment

Absolutely cackling at that review by SL, bro went on an entire dissertation rant because they changed some menu items. After I’m done with my review, I’ll be going to their google review page to see what other places this menace can’t tolerate
Anyway they did change the menu, I used to get the Philly cheesesteak bowl and was disappointed when it wasn’t available upon reopening, but, ya know, like any reasonable adult, I picked another item

This place is a very nice restaurant to eat at and the atmosphere is very welcoming, but the bowls have small portions and it has decent prices. The sweet tea is pretty good and the food is also good. Overall they have excellent service and greet you very welcoming. I would possibly come back to try something different.
