We ordered Bossam and spring onion pancake which actually a good partner with makgeolli but we are driving so we opted not to. The food was good and their side dishes. I just wish that the bossam is sliced more thinly. We love how the spring onion pancake has so much seafoods in it too.

The service was good and you feel homey with the place. It can sit down small to large group. We surely want to go back to try other food in the menu.

The parking is shared so you don’t have to worry.

I never leave reviews but i had such a great experience here and wanted to share. We were seated and serviced immediately, our food was out within minutes. The Yukgaejang is amazing! Very large bowl of what tasted like a homemade meal from my mother. Great atmosphere, amazing service, and an affordable meal. I will definitely be back!

We had such a great dinner at Danji ! The bossam came in a huge portion — super tender and flavorful pork that paired perfectly with the fresh cabbage and kimchi. The grilled mackerel had that amazing smoky taste, the fish was firm and juicy, and the lemon on the side made it so refreshing.
The seafood pancake was loaded with fresh ingredients — especially the squid, which was super bouncy and tasted really fresh (not like the frozen ones some places use).
their army stew — it’s tangy, spicy, and full of flavor without feeling heavy.
And the samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) was incredibly rich and comforting — perfect for fall weather.

Highly recommend the bulgogi and fish/soup combo- enjoyed the croaker and soybean soup, which was great with the purple rice. Delicious panchans, five served with the meal. The barley warm tea was a nice touch and I had to go to Hmart after and pick some up! There are no lunch specials but the portions are large and reasonable prices. Kind service and nice family style atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Danji has the BEST Bossam and seafood pancake so far. Their Budae jjigae has a very strong kimchi flavor, which I really like, but does not include cheese. We took home leftover and put American cheese in it, and it tasted perfect for me. Will definitely come back for the bossam and pancake, and to try more dishes for sure.

Had the braised cutlassfish and seafood scallion pancake here in Centreville. Both dishes were flavorful and fresh — the fish was tender with rich, spicy seasoning, and the pancake was crispy outside with plenty of seafood inside. Great side dishes too. Definitely a solid spot for authentic Korean food!

My friend and I recently came back from Korea and were craving Bossam and decided to give this place a chance. We came here at 4:30 on a Thursday and was surprised by the quick service then a bunch of older Koreans started trickling in and it was a full house all of a sudden lol.

Bossam 4.5/5 – would come back again for this. I think I heard another review say it was meant for 3-4 people but we were 2 hungry campers and inhaled it. Usually my gripe with Bossam places is there isn’t enough pickled radish and garlic or cabbage to accompany each piece for the perfect bite… not here. Perfect amount of each. Side dishes were great too. Would recommend for authentic food!

This Korean restaurant in Old Centreville Crossing, Centreville, offers an impressive array of authentic Korean dishes. The ambiance is clean, and the service is consistently good. We enjoyed trying their Samgye-tang (chicken soup with rice and ginseng), which was delicious. Due to the windy and chill weather, we decided to try braised skatefish in the spicy stew. It was delicious —perfectly hot and bursting with flavor, the fish was soft, and the radish blocks were soft and savory in the delightful broth. The spicy squid was equally fantastic, stir-fried with vegetables and finished with a chilly-based sauce; every dish paired perfectly with a bowl of rice. This place is worth a visit!

This place was amazing! We got the kimchi pancake and stir fried squid, both DELICIOUS! Pancake came with a ton of yummy sides to combine with, so every bite was a new flavor experience. The staff was so sweet. We accidentally left our leftover pancake wrapped on the table and walked out of the restaurant, and the owner ran out into the parking lot in the rain to flag us down and give it to us!
