The service here have been really friendly and fast.
I’m picky eating certain Filipino food. Their breakfast is really good though. I recommend their Tocino, grilled pork, and Topsilog and Sinangag (Garlic Fried Rice).
For Lunch, You Gotta Try Their BBQ Pork or Chicken On A Stick..!

I was really disappointed with my visit to Daniella Kitchenette. The food was not very good, and the eggplant dish in particular was very bland. We had come looking forward to a Filipino breakfast, but unfortunately, the experience was frustrating.
My sister arrived earlier than us and asked if they could prepare eggs for the table, but she was told they would wait until everyone arrived. By the time we got there—just 15 minutes later—we were told they had already stopped making eggs altogether. That left us with very limited options, and what we ended up getting didn’t taste fresh—some items even seemed like they were from the day before.
Overall, it felt like a wasted breakfast visit, especially since I was really looking forward to trying their Filipino breakfast.

I love this little calendaria for breakfast; inside the Asian grocery. What’s cool is that they are open for breakfast before the actual grocery store is open. When that happens, you enter through the back which makes you feel like a scene out of the goodfellas.
As for the breakfast food, its your usual Filipino selection along with some extra specials here and there. The food trays stay hot so every plate served isn’t cold and dry.
The food is flavorful and tastes just like how Lola used to cook. Usually, when you go to Filipino calenderia, the food is old and luke warm. Not here though! Maybe its because we came in early but I was 100% satisfied with the food. So much selection and so much flavor.
Its not a fancy gourmet place but thats not what I was looking for. Just looking for quality and real Filipino breakfast and this place impressed me. The fact that its low key makes it even better for all you hipsters looking for locals only places.

I contacted the owner of this place after my daughter told me how the servers treated her with such disrespect and laughed because she can’t speak in tagalog after her response in English with their question to what she wanted. She came there at around 9am and ask for longsilog and they told her she has to pay $2 for each egg and she has to order another entree. So she had to pay $20 to get a breakfast. Now I have explained this to the owner, I believe his name is Don from what he mentioned on the phone. He as well kept laughing with every remarks. I spoke to him in tagalog and he as well did the same thing his other workers did and sarcastically said in english that my daughter probably misunderstood them. I told him my daughter understands tagalog but can not speak it. And if she mentioned longsilog, why would they mention for her to pay the eggs and to choose another entree. My daughter felt that they were being biased and have looked at her fiance who was French with such filth. Regardless of race, they shouldn’t look at them and sarcastically treat them differently. When I said to Don on the phone “why are you laughing when I’m simply explaining to you to reassess your workers and probably review your videos” he then stopped with his sarcasm and became defensive. He then told me “what do you want A refund?”. That’s not a solution for someone who is a higher up especially an owner. There is no apologetic comment, not once. That is not dignified and that is not how you treat your customers. I’m not the type that sticks up for my kids without knowing the full story but I know my eldest is very calm and sweet when she speaks. So it was unlike her to speak up when someone is being rude because she is smarter than to argue with someone regarding food service. BTW my daughter mentioned the kare kare isn’t kubo (resto in LA) standard. and the sinigang wasn’t even a traditional pork sinigang and asked me if maybe they are from a different city in the phillipines. They wouldn’t survive in LA, if they had their shop at filipino town for sure!

Okay, let me just say, Daniela’s Kitchenette is an absolute gem! If you’re craving some legit Filipino food, this is the place to be. I’m telling you, the sinigang here is just perfect—tangy, comforting, and hits all the right notes. And the pancit? So flavorful and just the right amount of noodles. I could eat it every day!
The service is super friendly; you feel like you’re hanging out with family. They’re quick and always check in to make sure you’re good. Love that personal touch!
As for the atmosphere, it’s cozy and inviting, with cute decorations that give off major homey vibes. Perfect for a casual dinner or even a fun lunch with friends.
If you’re looking for some delicious Filipino dishes and a chill spot to enjoy them, definitely check out Daniela’s Kitchenette. You won’t be disappointed! ❤️

My friend recommended me this place serving filipino breakfast as early as 730 am and brought me today to try. It did not disappoint. It’s definitely the “kariendera” style with lots of choices at affordable price. Typical filipino breakfast must have garlic fried rice, egg and protein. It does not have restriction like in Island Pacific Long Beach that only certain viands can be included in “combo meal”
Their JEPROX (dried fish) is so crispy, fried perfectly and not salty compared to their competitor.
The champorado was tasty as well, not overwhelmingly sweet and there’s good amount of dark cocoa
Simply put, home-cooked Filipino food at your convenience
Will definitely go back. The lady was so nice and accommodating

Best Filipino breakfast in town. I know the cooks, they put a lot of attention into what they cook and they do it well. It’s nice to come over for breakfast get something to eat and watch Filipino tv.
The guinataan, or sweet porridge is a great way to end the meal.

Big dining area! Great for banquets and for just dining out with family/friends.
Azon’s offers the typical Filipino fare, kare-kare & tokwat baboy etc. Everything was tasty & in good portions. This is turo-turo joint and not an a la carte restaurant. I haven’t been there for breakfast, but I plan to soon.
I asked the co-owner if they offer sisig, and she said they have it around lunchtime and it’s quickly gone. She told me it’s labor-intensive to make it, but hey, it’s a food of cholesterol love.
There are 2 TV’s for your viewing pleasure, one being a flatscreen & the other being an old school, CRT.
Did I mention that there’s lots of seating?

Really enjoyed their food.. as for the customer service.. it’s great to a certain point. I went there with my daughter.. the staff that assisted us knows exactly what we wanted cause we’ve been there several times.. one day I went to get breakfast.. I forgot what my daughter and I use to get… I remembered one of the staff that helped us.. so I was in line.. I waited for the one staff to help me… but this other lady “The Owner”… I just said I’ll wait till the other staff helps me cause she knew what we ordered last time..since she helped us before.. so one day i came back.. that lady “Owner”.. refused to help me cause she said i did not want her to help me cause of what happened… but she didnt even know the reason why I asked for the other staff.. But she gave me this filipina attitude.. like she wont serve me… she pass me up and said oh you dont want me to serve you cause you want the other staff… WOW.. that blew my mind! Next time try to understand why I chose the other staff to help me… before judging me!!! I still eat there but the “Lady Owner” always has that upset look in her eyes.. if it wasn’t for the food tasting so good.. I would never go back!
