Came here for a quick bite and ordered the popcorn chicken. It was pretty bland overall, with a strong hit of white pepper that kind of took over. The chicken is very chewy… I’ve definitely had better popcorn chicken. The only upside is that it wasn’t overly oily, which I appreciated. Meh.

Dango in Little Neck is a solid spot for bubble tea with plenty of good options. I tried the chicken teriyaki bowl, which was tasty and came with a generous portion. Great for a quick lunch or afternoon tea break. Friendly service and a clean, modern vibe round out the experience.

I order the half fried chicken but it comes out just few little pieces . Where is my half fried chicken? And it cost me $12 for the chicken. And also I honey pineapple chicken but it taste like put some honey on regular. Salted fried chicken, salted and sweet together. Just the box looking good, nothing else worth to buy.

This was maybe my second or third time ordering here. I’ve always passed the restaurant and thought nothing of it until someone wanted bubble tea and asked to go here. That was my first time stepping into Dango. I didn’t realize there was food. I have to say: hands down best customer service ever. The honey pineapple chicken was my favorite. I always add extra rice cake with it. Their rice dishes are great too. For the price, you do get a lot of food. I haven’t tried everything on the menu but from what I have tried, I can’t say anything bad about anything I’ve ordered. I’ll always go back for that honey pineapple chicken but do give their other dishes a try. Want a little mild or spicy? They got that too for their grandma chicken. They are my go-to for something close by.

Local bubble tea (naicha) spot that also serves a variety of food and snacks. Fried chicken, flavored fried chicken, takoyaki, rice bowls and more. Don’t forget to get the stamp card for free bubble tea after multiple stamps!

A different take on fried chicken. Taiwanese style – in the sense of how it’s breaded. The closest would be the same breading texture as the famous Taiwanese Hot Star chicken from the night markets. Very crispy and crunchy. I got the soy garlic, which was okay. Their version is not as flavorful as Bon Chons. But still quite juicy.

The Grandma, which is topped off with dry chilli powder, reminds me of the spicy version of Hot Star chicken. Highly recommend if you like spicy. Also very juicy as well as crispy and crunchy.

The bubble tea is good also – order lychee and they add real lychee juices and chunks. Can see them in the drink.

The restaurant is small with two or three tables so not for large groups. Order ahead as they cook to order – takes around 15 minutes.

I love the chicken has fried rice cake!. This was definitely something different. When i went on the weekend there was only 1 in the kitchen and 1 cashier and she had to make drinks and take order. So there was a bit of a wait. If possible order ahead.

I ordered half/half with lemon pepper and jalapeno mayo. The lemon pepper tasted like regular fried chicken, no seasoning. Couple of the jalapeno mayo pieces were good but when I had another, maybe that piece was bad either the meat was bad? Idk cuz it tasted a lil fishy. The cajun fries were not crispy and just tasted old or fried for too long. It wasn’t burnt though.

The drinks were great and I would come to try some other flavors. The cake mango cream and black sugar pudding milk tea were delicious. The mango cream came in a cute cup and the little tote was cute. The drinks are why I gave an extra star, otherwise it would have been a 2*.
