Twice we’ve tried to have them deliver to our home and both times the food never arrived. They said they use Doordash but no one showed up. So essentially once the order is placed, they prepare then forget about it. They never called me to say my food was waiting. I even contacted corporate and never heard back. The food is great and pick up service is great too but their delivery is awful!! If you order from them be prepared for your food to not show up.

Super nice employees and they worked together to make for the fastest service I’ve experienced at any sandwich shop. My Italian sub was ready at the same time that I swiped my card. I suspected it might be a mess when upon unwrapping it but it was neatly put together and everything I hoped for.

The first thing I noticed was the service is outstanding. Truly. The gentleman at the counter (I wish I had gotten his name) was so polite and genuinely appears to love his job and serving people. That matters! From beginning to end, the interaction was one I would happily take part in again. The sandwiches are great. I’m not sure how toasted bread is able to stay that soft, but I’ll take it. We will be back!

Food was typically good. Clean place. Friendly staff. Only thing I didn’t like is I was on my phone and was interrupted to be asked if I could do a review.
I said yes and he stood right there. (Uncomfortable)
Told him I’d do it after I’m done and he did walk away.
Just felt pushed to do it.
But besides that, the food was good (per usual) clean and friendly but just felt a little forcing for me to do a review made me uncomfortable. That all. Still friendly though.
Maybe print the QR code and leave it at every table if someone wants to make a review on their own. Just a thought.

Ordered a Steak and Cheese for a late lunch delivery. Delivery was fast and accurate with delivery location. The food was superb!! The gentleman who made my sandwich (Monday at 3pm) did an excellent job. Truly one of the best sandwiches I have had from D’Angelos in my life. Excellent!!! I have been getting sandwiches from D’Angelos for approximately 35-40 years and it was easy in the top 3 if not the top spot! Well done! Thank you very much for such an enjoyable lunch.

Well this is a first, I placed my order to D’Angelo’s on Loudon Rd in Concord I usually get my eats from Main st n that’s always a crap shoot. So the app makes even the tech idiot in me happy very easy to use and I even had it delivered. John was my delivery drivers name and even though it took a couple extra minutes I still had no complaints he not only got the special instruction (OMG) he actually performed them. Sorry to say that the main street is an epic fail following instructions 80% they just dropped it at the neighbors n took off. As far as the order it was correct don’t need to be a genius but like I said had low expectations with my history w main street. The sandwich is still hot the ingredients are correct as well as my side orders and heck I was even given napkins. Now I know there will be some growing pains n maybe some bumps that being said today was a 5 star day from start to finish. Now I’m gonna enjoy. Thanks for a stress free lunch…….

I asked for a chicken salad cranberry walnut sub. We have been getting them here for a decade. Today, guy told me he had been working there for years and “has no idea what that is”. That’s sad. Its what it sounds like. Common sense isnt happening at this location.

We recently used Deangelo’s in concord for a summer event with about 90 people, and they were absolutely fantastic. Everything was delivered on time, set up perfectly, and the team was incredibly reliable and professional. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service went above and beyond what we expected. A special shoutout to Moe, the general manager.. he has personally delivered and set everything up, and was so kind and professional throughout the process. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommend!
