I ordered the Steak sandwich #9. It seemed normal. Unfortunately, I bit into two pieces of thin, hard material in the meat. Not sure if it was bone, or wood. But it didn’t make me feel good about their quality control. What else is in the sandwiches?

Sandwiches were picked up, my pita pocket wasn’t the Pappa Gino’s homemade but rather a store bought, ( disappointed was an understatement) i guess i should have asked prior to ordering, my lettuce looked like it was very old and it was brown, scrapped that off before eatting, they also only put 4 pickles on my sandwich ….my husband’s steak & cheese he said was good

Way under portioned, incorrect charges, lengthy wait when empty, 0 apologies on mistakes. This is a poorly run location. I almost felt like they were going for the record of things that could go wrong. The MOD could have cared less.

You should fix you APP. The store people couldn’t even help me. I cant put my order in from the daily deal because it ask me to sinn in. When I sign in, it cancels the daily deal. Etc. etc. etc. very frustrating.
