They took my order and processed it fast but they were staging food for the grill on a shelf above the grill. They put the roll and cheese on the shelf, no one was tall enough to see what condition or how clean the shelf was. I’m sure they cleaned it but who knows what condition it was throughout the shift. Put some wax paper or something under it. There also looked like there was a bottle of cleaner up there near the food. Just looked like a dirty process for handling food.

Number Nine is always the best. For steak and cheese subs they are the best. Just the right amount of bread vs. filling. Great for a guy like me who has a small mouth, missing some teeth and needs to eat while driving! Also enjoy eating at this location because it is bright, booths are roomy and it is quiet so you can carry on a conversation. Been coming to this location for 25 years. Staff has always been helpful and friendly.

Stay away from the steak sandwich… I had something really gross and hard like bone in my steak sandwich and I called the store to let them know, but the guy on the phone didn’t really seemed concerned. He asked if I wanted a refund and that was about it. I just happy I didn’t break a tooth.

I loved D’Angelos as far back as I can remember. Then quite a few years ago I hated going there. You’d pay top dollar for a very small amount of food. So I stopped going there for years. My neighbor went there a couple of months ago and got me a BLT sub. I was amazed that the quality of the food was excellent and there was a very good amount of it. I now go there for subs and soups. I go to the one in Mansfield and now will continue going there.
