I went in around 1 PM for lunch break, the restaurant was absolutely packed with customers in line and people sitting down eating. It didn’t take long for everyone in front of me to be rung through and get their food. I ordered a chicken vermonter, got it within 7 minutes. Not long of a wait at all. It came out so good. Definitely coming back. I was over hearing the staff conversation back and forth while they were working. It was all business. Usually you read these reviews from some angry customer over something insignificant and they try saying people were standing around and doing nothing. But all I saw and heard was a big guy on the register going back and forth helping customers and handing out their orders. Two big guys in the back making the food. And an older gentleman wrapping everyone’s order up. It was quick, efficient, definitely a competent crew working.
But as I said, great little restaurant, great staff, very clean, nice music, just wish there was more seating I would have stayed longer for sure. 5

Nick was amazing! Even with the restaurant being super busy, he cleared and cleaned our table quickly and thoroughly, all with a great attitude. He was attentive, professional, and made a hectic moment feel effortless. Service like that really stands out—huge thanks to Nick for going above and beyond! Very friendly. Got a turkey sub, missing half my toppings and took 15 min to get when I was the only person in the store everyone was just standing around talking to each other. The people that work here can barely form a sentence it’s absolutely terrible go to the one on John Fitch way better service

I did an online order. Watched it sit there on the rack for 10 mins after I paid for it. The crew working was oblivious, starting first with the cashier. Instead of giving me my sub after finishing his line, he started messing g around with receipts and bumbling around. Jersey Mikes might be worth a try.
