Upon arrival notice that restaurant was clean , customer service was excellent. I was greeted by Eric and Mason , Eric took my order correctly and was kind. Manager Omar and Betty prepared my food and it was to my satisfaction! I come here at least 2 to 3 times a week and there always friendly, polite and always get my order right.

I had a wonderful time enjoying lunch at this establishment this afternoon . The sandwiches were prepared to perfection & Management was very helpful and attentive to my needs . Omar in particular, is doing an excellent job in his position & made our experience absolutely delightful .

Was on a trip with four people stopped at the Northampton store in Massachusetts. The cheesesteaks were delicious. The store is beautiful. The kids working there were very friendly, very helpful and the mail manager. I believe his name was Anthony was also very supportive and very helpful the cheesesteaks were Just as good as what I get from my home state of Pennsylvania thank you.
