We stopped at D’Andrews as part of a Nashville food tour. It was so good! We were served the chicken and avocado sandwich. The bread on this sandwich was fabulous. If we have time to come back here, I’d really love to try out the pastries we saw like the pop tart!

This one is kind of split rating. Five starts for quality and variety of pastries both savory (cheese and ham croissants, sausage, egg, and cheese on puff pastry, etc) and lots of creative sweet pastries. But just three stars for kind of indifferent uncaring service. Darn. Signs outside are down low and somewhat hidden by patio furniture. Next to a church which might be a helpful landmark. Attractive and bright inside with some seating along wall and near window besides some seating outside in once weather.

Wonderful “melted chocolate” hot chocolate. It was steamy and tasted like a warm melted Godiva. The chicken sausage/fried egg sandwich did not disappoint with fresh homage blackberry preserves. We even enjoyed the peaceful tables out front while watching birds. It’s also like an ice cream place with window buffet of pastry options waiting to find a home. Top choice for breakfast.

Most places downtown had a 2 hour wait. We dropped in and only waited a few minutes in line to order and then had our food within 10 minutes. I had the turkey and bacon sandwich and loved that it was served warm. The bread was delicious! The sandwich was bigger than I expected. We also had a brioche fruit tart that was very good as well!

I had the d’onut and the passion fruit tea. The donut was wonderful – a hint of sweet, super creamy filling. Nice seating area outside

Popular breakfast spot with amazing pastries. You can tell them to warm up any of the pastries/dessert! The croissant (warmed up) was delicious. Vanilla chai latte (hot) was ok.

Visited Nashville and loved this place! Offers a variety of breakfast items, pastries, and good coffee. Staff was very kind and treated everyone with respect. Unfortunately the kitchen made a mistake with my sandwich but they offered a free pastry! So I chose the carrot cake. It was honestly the best carrot cake I’ve ever had- moist bread and not too sweet.

All the pastries look amazing, and we didn’t try the sandwich menu, but I was not impressed. My wife and I both got coffee that tasted like from came from a gas station. I also got the grapefruit cruffin (if that’s what it’s called) and the filling tasted like body wash. The tables out front are so loose that our drinks nearly fell to the ground when we set them down.

One word… Ridiculous. This place has amazing pastries and other baked goods along with phenomenal sandwiches. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Hands down the best bakery I have been to, in recent days. We visited here as part of the Nashville food tour and the moment I entered, I realized that this is something else. It’s a petite shop located in Nashville downtown. Their cupcakes, muffins and pretty much the entire pastry spread looks, smells and tastes so good that you don’t want to stop ! My personal favorite was the chicken sandwich, absolutely enjoyed it ! No wonder they are the local favorite and cater a lot of Companies around. Very highly recommended and would definitely visit again whenever I get a chance !!
