I’ve never felt so disrespected by food in my entire life , I spent almost 30$ and was given microwaved pretzels , and “funnel fries” that were 6$ that were limp and tasteless. Not only the presentation but the taste was awful. First and last time customer , I saw good reviews and gave it a chance to be slapped in the face with this.

Yuck, the lasagna wasn’t good at all. Tuff & rubbery pasta. The what meat was on it was sponge like & the lasagna was burnt on the bottom. Garlic cheese bread wasn’t that good either. Less than impressed.

Best pizza in Toledo but tonight’s experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered at 6pm. Said 6:45-6:55 delivery time. Called at 7:20 and was told the delivery time should’ve been for 1-1 1/2 hours. Put on hold and told the driver had already delivered it to our address. This is IMPOSSIBLE because 1 I’ve been sitting downstairs with the door open for over an hour AND 2 we have a nest camera. No deliveries were ever made. This is the SECOND time this has happened. No refunds, no apologies, no money back, no coupons, NADA. If you’re going to screw up that bad at least try to retain your customers, lol. Buddy just said “we’ll remake the order right now!” Like duh, we’re hungry, goofy.
Food was finally delivered at 7:55. Delivery driver said it was accidentally dropped off 2 doors down originally which understandably so, accidents happen. However, wish this was handled better than just simply remaking the order.

As a transplant to Toledo, this is the best pizza I have had in the city by far. Even more impressive was the service. My pizza got mixed up with another order and I did not realize it until I got home. The manager handled the situation, and this is why Ill be back for sure. The prices are also very fair for the delicious pies that you get.
