This is 1 of my spots when I return home for a visit. The restaurant is always clean. There is never lingering odor of seafood or grease. Services are always welcoming. The food is always good. I shall be back on my next visit. Highly recommend!

First the fish in this establishment is always fresh. My husband drive from Vernon, Ct to treat ourselves when we are in the mood for whitening fish sandwich. There portions are extremely plentiful and you will be very pleased. One tip I will give call ahead to place your order and to be informed they didn’t sell out before you arrive lol . My experience has been Chef Kiss even the coleslaw is delicious !!!! Once again if you are in the area like we were for a show at the Shubert Theater or your palate is craving seafood check them out you won’t be disappointed. God Bless

This the place I visit when I’m in CT. The food is always fresh and you don’t break the bank, there are certain places that don’t serve whole bellie clams but I can always get them there, the staff is very accommodating. There may be a little wait at times but it’s worth the wait is good to call your order in and pick up your food. It’s a busy establishment.

It’s amazing fresh food. The fish isn’t oily, the flavor it impactful. You’ll average a 15/20 min wait time but the food will be hot. I drive 45 mins to come here

This is some of the worst fried fish I have ever had… I’m surprised their rating is so high, not sure if they’re having a bad day today 2/7/26 because it’s a Saturday, but I expect a restaurant with such a high rating to always be consistent.
It was my first time trying this place (and last)… I ordered a 4 piece whiting (fish only) expecting to receive 4 full fillets like you would expect to receive at any other seafood spot, but instead I received a few chopped up pieces completely lacking seasoning and salt, and under cooked.
Highly disappointed because I had such high expectations. DO BETTER!

Great spot for fried seafood. Friendly service, she recommended the fried shrimp, which was crispy, tasty, and tender— about 6 with the lunch special. Fries were actually potato wedges (yum). Onion rings were lightly breaded more like onion straws. Fried catfish was so flaky and delicate. Tartar sauce was yummy. I didn’t ask my kid how the hot dog was but there was no evidence of it so it must have been good. Chowder was hearty and thick

What a great experience! The food was awesome, had the clams and shrimp. Cooked perfect, not rubbery or tough. Tartar sauce was cold. Restaurant was clean. Servers were friendly. HUGE portions. Reasonably priced. Will come back!
