This happened 2 months ago.
I ordered a cheese pastel for take out for over $6. On my way home I noticed the cheese was not melted and not cooked as it should be so I called the store.
The person on the phone said he never heard about any customer complaining about it before, so I said well, there is always a first time for everything! He told me to come back to show it to him but I was already too far and had another appointment soon so I asked if I could go back later that day or any other day to get another one. He said no, and he could do nothing for me. They could at least return the money or give me a coupon, or even ask me to send them a picture of the pastel.
It shouldn’t be like that. It was a simple fix.
Bottom line… horrible customer service, a pricey and bad food.
Definitely not coming back!
