I chipped my tooth on a sharp object that was on my pizza. They have a satisfaction guarantee policy but they will not honor the guarantee and issue a refund when I first requested. After a couple days & more emails I did receive a refund I ended up throwing out the rest of the pizza because we were afraid to eat it & bite into another sharp object.
I was giving them a five star review for the taste of their hand tossed pizza. I was impressed that they created unique specialty pizzas. But as good as the pizza tasted, it’s not worth it to live with the pain from my chipped tooth.

Good pizza but the service seemed like they were trying to rush us out, and once we paid they essentially ignored that we were there. It was not crowded at the time.

Great crispy crust pizza which is my favorite kind of pizza!!! Sauce was delicious. Also had the cheesy bread and salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was super nice and we had excellent service!! Cute restaurant!! Loved it!!

I love D’als. The best traditional pizza crust in GVL, imo. It has been consistent and delicious since day one.
I typically order Togo or delivery. The delivery service is wonderful and I love that they have an ACTUAL delivery service rather than a third party. Super quick and the kiddos that deliver are so sweet.
As far as dining in, it’s a bit hectic for MY taste, but if you have a large family or kids it is very much set up for you.
Will be a customer for life.

Our first experience here was awesome! We went today at lunch and Erika was our server. She was a very sweet, friendly and helpful. She is fantastic. The salad was larger than expected. The wings were flavorful. The pizza was awesome! Overall experience was awesome!

A neighborhood favorite. Great for both little kids and big (adult) kids. Caprese salad with Greek pizza and a glass of red is my fave. Pizza is great. Service is always outstanding. Parking isn’t always easy, but is just a short walk down the street.
I’ve dined in and ordered out. Online menu and ordering could use a bit of work to simplify custom pizza orders. Or you could just call. Happy and fun environment.

Food: Excellent, and the prices are fair and appropriate.
Service: Lovely staff, dine is service has taken about 40 minutes each of the 3 times I’ve gone.
Atmosphere: Cheery, love the open air patio. Often high numbers of kids running around, but they have an outdoor area to play in.

Sorry I don’t have pics of the pie, but we ate it all:) D’Als always delivers on quality and service. As other pizza joints come and go, D’Als has been consistently on point for us. The crust is light and crispy – not saturated with butter or oils and spices like others. The sauce isn’t sweet or overly abundant. It’s just right. If you haven’t been, give them a whirl. Great place to take the family and have a great pizza night.
