I’ve been a huge fan of Chef Kyle’s projects for a long time. The BBQ does not disappoint. I’m not sure that you can get better BBQ within a 90 minute drive. He seems to genuinely care about the food and it gets better all the time.

Absolutely amazing Brisket and ribs! The sides are really good as well but I’m all about the brisket and ribs! I like the moist type brisket and Kyle always has that available. Also the 2 types of BBQ sauce that he makes is great! He has a spicy one and a sweet one. Service always good as well.

Dalkas Craft BBQ and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The brisket was incredibly tender with a perfect smoke ring and just the right amount of bark. You can tell it was cooked low and slow because it practically melted in my mouth. The smoked sausage had amazing flavor and a great snap, and those burnt ends were unreal, rich, juicy, and coated in a sweet smoky glaze that was next level. It’s a MUST TRY!!
