A marvelous meal with a remarkable ambiance. I started off with oysters which were thankfully up to my expectations. The tamarind based cod entree was super smooth and silky in texture and taste and I found myself unable to stop. It was that good however the baklava with raspberry sauce felt like a culinary joke. If my dessert experience was up-to par I would’ve given it full stars. Either way I will still come back for another seasonal meal beside I love the bay! And trust me, when I say today was an absolutely beautiful day with Golden Gate Bridge my view and a delicious meal fascinating my soul to write, I am filled with gratitude and bliss.

Dalida is elevated Mediterranean food and a stunning view from the outdoor patio onto presidio’s tunnel tops park.

I ate at the bar and got the breaking bread which includes humus, muhammara, labneh and other assortments with a pit bread baked with zaatar. A great dish for the table.

Also got the tapsi kebab that came with shoestring potatoes and egg. This was delicious and meaty, and with the runny egg yolk was . The potatoes were crisp and the kebab was like a juicy, mildly seasoned chaapli kebab.

For desert I had the chocolate hazel nut tart. Not super on brand like kunefe but this was stunning. It came with some chocolate crisps and anise ice cream. I loved this!

To finish I got the ottoman coffee which was a good Turkish coffee.

The server was super helpful and made sure we didn’t over order. I think I will go back for brunch.

We had a couple hiccups during our visit here with our order, but I’ve worked in retail and food before and I understand how things can get confusing and mistakes can be made despite your best efforts. That being said, I’d confirm just to make sure they got it right when ordering.
Dalida has a great atmosphere and the location is bar none. The Presidio backdrop is honestly fantastic. The inside is gorgeous and the vibe is amazing as well.
The food is solidly good. It’s not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s a 3.75-4 star for me. The fries however are a 5 and we did enjoy the lamb dumplings. The Aleppo Chicken was okay—36$ I was expecting my mind to be blown—but I feel like I could have cooked it at home too. The Kalispera drink was a 10/10 for me. The Ottoman Coffee was fun as well. It was a good experience overall. Not sure if I’d go out of my way to go back, but not a waste of a dinner either. 3.75/5.

I’m raving about the octopus dish here. The sauce was so tasty and the presentation was so beautiful! We also really loved the lamb chops which very tender. And make sure to get the pita bread and mezze platter too! Service was friendly and on point. Everything was really great!

Great ambiance, friendly service. The food is imaginative and visually striking, but some of the flavors were divisive.

The octopus dish (see pic) looked super cool, but it was sliced so thin that the octopus texture was lost. The pork flavor was so strong that there was no octopus flavor either. The phylo/potato/mushroom dish also got mixed reviews from us. I thought the truffle flavor was too strong. The “breaking bread” dish was super tasty: pillowy warm bread and delicious, balanced dips. The manti were incredible: savory meaty filling in a cute al dente package topped with acidic tomato and yoghurt sauces.

I would recommend coming here with a few people so you can share many dishes.

Great place to get a breakfast or brunch and walk around the presidio. We had the first appointments and it was great to see the staff lined up to open the restaurant and escort each group to their table.

The menu is fresh and is changed often. The Turkish and Mediterranean inspired cuisine was fabulous and the views are great!

We enjoyed our time there and will be back again.

Most of the food is excellent. Came for brunch. The octopus and sujuk and the scallops were amazing and the big hits of the meal. We loved the non caffeinated pistachio coffee (wish they offered it in a larger cup). The pancake (su berek) was underwhelming and the kebab was disappointing.

Dining room was great, and spacious and airy. But the the bathrooms were gross. Went twice and it was smelly and gross.

This restaurant is a true culinary gem and easily one of the best Mediterranean experiences in the city. Its fantastic location offers a tranquil escape from the usual hustle and bustle, a feeling complemented by the seamless and excellent service. The menu is a delight. The watermelon and halloumi salad was a testament to fresh ingredients, proving to be incredibly succulent. The skewers were expertly seasoned and melt-in-your-mouth tender, served alongside perfect lavash. To cap off a flawless meal, the dessert was wonderfully decadent. For anyone in the city, this is an absolute must visit.

I’ve only been here once, and it was great! We celebrated a friend’s birthday in their private room with a set menu. I thought the service could have been a more attentive but other than that, the food itself was so good!!

Here’s what I would get again: The pita bread with assortment of sauces (the muhammara and smoked yoghurt sauces are so flavorful), the spiced date cake for dessert and the sliced octopus dish!

Dalida for me is definitely the best restaurant in the Bay Area. I have had dinner and brunch there more than 10 times and the experience has always been impecable: the food, the staff, the ambiance… everything is always on point.
Menu has changed a bit with time, but with every new dish I try I just get a reassurance on why this place is still my favorite.
Don’t leave without trying the breaking bread, that fluffy pita is to die for
