My sister and I had Dale’s about a week ago. I meant to do this review the same night but..When I placed our order they said 20 minutes, I arrived beforehand so I had to wait inside maybe like 5 mins. Which, obviously wasn’t a problem.. the problem was, when I went inside one of the first things I noticed was a mice trap in the waiting area. Then, while waiting for my order, I noticed another mouse trap behind the counter sitting on one of their shelves it’s a restaurant, even upscale restaurant MIGHT have mice, BUT to be able to see mice traps and KNOW they have mice running around is a whole other story. Unless a mouse run pass, no one should know that a restaurant potentially have mice. This put a bad taste in my mouth and I absolutely will never be back! My sister said her was burger good and nicely seasoned. My chicken philly wasnt great. The chicken was tough. It was barely any cheese, and sooo many peppers on it. The bread was the best part. It was buttery and toasted..

We’ve gotten corned beef sandwiches from them a couple of weeks ago and they didn’t disappoint. Next time we’ll order fries to go with the sandwiches.

So I ordered steak chicken dirty fries for a co worker and I. The food looked good but it didnt taste good at all. The meat was old like maybe it was leftover meat. It was dry and hard. You can almost tell by the pic how dry the food was. The lady who answered the phone was very nice though. I won’t be going back

I can’t tell you about the food, but I’ve been there to order a corned beef and they were out of bread, so I just called to see if they had all the ingredients this time, someone answered and didn’t say anything, just heard noise in the background.
I called back several times and I’ve been sent to V.M. I get a little nervous when people don’t answer their phone during business hours.

I came last week and this week same treatment i am amazed !! The older man there is so rude, not welcoming. Didn’t speak when entering to not no customer, it was already so hot and enough room for only one person to sit on the bench but again even if you are busy it’s not hard to welcome a guest and say “one moment” it’s simple. But I will never be back because people are spending hard earned money to support this small business and to be so rude is mind blowing.

I’m just eaten some of my Catfish dinner, it’s so crunchy light and delicious!!! My stomach is so happy, happy, happy!!!! I cannot express how wonder the fish is along with the fries & coleslaw. The order was ready when we arrived, service with a smile. I thank all those involved in the preparation. I hope each of you enjoy your order as much as I. Horrible service! Curbside service was offered then denied cause they wanted to talk at register together. Ordered steak fries with condiments on the side here is what I got for the cheese… My polish boys were hidden in a huge hoggie bun! Covid-19 is horrible but you don’t have skip on service just go home
