Friendly service, odd carry-out setup. Done out of the old dine-in restaurant space. Large portions and fresh veggies, good crisp on the fried items, but that’s where the positives on the food end. It lacked both flavor and seasoning. All sauces just seemed like they had been watered down. Even the egg rolls were under filled and doughy. Normally not a reviewer but I have been disappointed a couple of times now with Dale Yee’s. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time but this would be strike two. This used to be a local favorite and it don’t know that I would order here again.

Great food, great service, and great prices.
The portions were generous and tasted amazing, especially the shrimp fried rice and almond boneless chicken. The staff were friendly and fast. One of the best Chinese carry out spots around!

The egg roll and egg drip soup were great and what I was expecting. They use bean sprouts in their egg rolls, which is always a win for me. The Chicken Chop Suey was just okay. Not bad, but it seemed to lack flavor. I added lots of soy sauce, which helped but really only made the whole dish taste like nothing but soy sauce. I will give them another shot though as I do appreciate the egg rolls! Service was great even though it was take-out. Fast and fresh.

I can’t argue with the fact that it’s not what it used to be. But what is? It’s changed ownership 3 times over the past four decades, maybe four and managed to remain strongly supported. That’s not accidental.
That said, I can’t complain about any of the dishes we order although we don’t order with much variety.
The egg foo young still tastes good albeit a different shape. The general’s chicken is not authentic but still very tasty. The sweet and sour chicken sadly, lost its edge and most of its flavor. Chicken chop suey is still good, buts always more bland than the highly flavored dishes. Ingredients are always fresh. The egg rolls are better than any I have tasted in any Cantonese or combination Asian restaurant in the area.
They too have change slightly over the decades. Food taste is subjective. The food industry is brutally inflexible. My rating is partially based on the difficulty this and other restaurants faced and still face due to COVID, inflation, the insanely xenophobic mentality that decimated the low pay work force, the other factors that all restaurants deal with that are far beyond their control.
Dale Yee’s remains highly regarded by enough people to thrive -despite the ever-present, whiny, never satisfied, always demanding part of the public.
Positive & Negative reviews can be helpful when justified, right? This is a restaurant with mostly very positive reviews.

This restaurant has really gone down hill. The food was so bland, was gross. Ordered Steak Kow. It tasted like nothing. Egg drop soup wasn’t bad, just very bland. Had to use lots of sweet sauce just for Egg roll to taste like something. Very disappointed.
Ordered General Chicken earlier this year, and that whole meal was extremely bland as well.
I’m done.

For a quick dinner the menus not bad. Not to pricey. Food hot and they give pretty decent amount. There are a few tables set up for eating there. But be prepared to watch carry out folks. Watch you eat dinner. Id just go with carry out here.

We ordered Almond Chicken and General Tso’s Chicken. The coating was overwhelming. No spice at all to the General Tso’s. Gravy was disgusting. My dogs wouldn’t eat it. Carry out only so don’t plan on sitting down for a meal. I won’t visit again.

Great attitude from the ladies upfront. Some Customers were being rude and making comments about the long wait ….. ON CHRISMAS EVE! the employees kept a smile and the food was cooked fantastic. Usually Chinese food is overcooked and dry but this place cooked it perfect, Crispy chicken with a juicy center.

Great portion sizes for the price ( 2 dinners of sesame chicken ) includes 2 egg rolls too and plenty of chicken fried rice. Made to order fast and on time. Food was fresh and hot. Egg rolls are OK not great. Chicken fried rice is spectacular. The chicken quality was a 9/10… a little more breading and sauce than I would have preferred but you cant have it all !
The BEST egg drop soup I have ever had hands down also !
Best Chinese carry out for the price in the area.. better than the other place thats super close.. especially for the quality and price.

Got the almond chicken lunch combo and was surprised and impressed by the serving size. Delicious, with plenty of extras, and very friendly to-go service.
