I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The food is barely edible. It tasted like it was out of packages, hash browns were not cooked and the sauce for eggs Benedict was definitely not made from scratch!

Arrived at the restaurant this morning to one person we saw working the floor. She brought us drinks and then left. Never to return. I saw another employee on the floor so I definitely thought someone would come to our table. Both wait staff could see us sitting at the booth. I made eye contact with both. I said we will give them until 925 (we arrived at 903). I asked the manager to ring us out for my husband’s coffee. The waitress said, “I forgot” as I walked out of the restaurant. My husband said she apologized, they comped his coffee.

I showed up early in the morning and there was already a group of elderly men congregating in the restaurant. It has been my experience that if there is any number of old men at a restaurant early in the morning, the food and coffee are often good, that axiom proved itself once again. The food was quite good, the portions were excellent and the coffee, even better. The waite staff were friendly and even worried that the coffee may have been too strong. The prices are a bit high, but in this economy, quite fair for the portion size and quality. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit.

I ordered the hungry man’s biscuits and gravy. It came with kielbasa, which was a surprise. The kielbasa was tightly browned on one side but must have been frozen from the start because it was ice cold. The server never asked how everything was. When she put the check on the table, I was going to ask her to heat up the kielbasa, but she was gone too fast. They have no fruit on the menu, just greasy grilled items.
