Excited to go back to Dakota coffee because it has been good in past. Was in town for Thanksgiving and decided to grab a coffee. Walked in and the barista walked to the counter. Did not greet us. Excitedly I said good morning was met with pursed lips and a grimace. Said good morning again, met with silence. My last good morning registered with her that she was less than pleasant.

I love customer service and in today’s society being pleasant to customers can ensure they are repeat customers.

Dakota coffee’s employee failed miserably. Just do better.

The best coffee establishment for the money in Enterprise. Their prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes are great. I perticularly like the iced caramel frappe. The business is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

my friend in the picture is the best worker here!!, i kept on coming again and again just to see her because she makes the best coffee EVER and it is so delicious every single time i come!! (i let her choose whatever she wants to make me :3) shes super friendly and easily the best worker here!! we became friends after i came here for a while because shes so sweet and funny :), i look forward to coming back because of her!! (she also works at subway some afternoons as shown in the picture :))

I ordered an iced spiced chai tea latte and wasn’t disappointed! Most coffee shops I’ve been to only have regular chai lattes, so I was pleasantly surprised by their spiced option. The drink was ready within a couple minutes of ordering, and the staff was friendly. If you’re looking for a good drink for a great price, I’d recommend checking them out!

I’m here all the time! They remember my favorite way to make my hot cocoa, always absolute sweethearts, and the place is so cozy! They almost always remember conversation details, even remembered my birthday! And, the new Nutella Croissants are amazing! 10/10 all around!

I went there during a overnight at the Hampton Inn. And the coffee was Great and the Young lady was so friendly and the coffee she recommended so delicious I went there again on the Next Morning. So I met another member if the Team, and she is also a very nice Person. We had a good chat White waiting for the Coffee.

I’ve been to the enterprise location 4 times now and there just seems to be something off with the coffee. Service is always okay but as a non sweetened coffee beverage consumer I tend to be a bit picky on the coffee itself. When there isn’t sugar and flavored syrup to hide behind, the coffee really matters. After giving this location a few go’s, I am starting to wonder if it could be the water being used that is making the drinks off putting because the Dothan locations coffee tastes just fine.
