With a passion for food and roots in Hawaii and the Philippines we brought these flavors to Utah. After some work, Dakine Grindz was made, and started in a food truck. We now have two locations in Ogden (Ocean Mart) food court and Sunset, UT. Serving freshly prepared Hawaiian BBQ and Filipino favorites. We are known for great food, big portions and leaving customers happy and full. We hope to serve you soon!

Amazing meal here tonight! I’m. It sure exactly what I ordered but it was all fantastic. I got a combo with some shredded pork and a kabob. The kabob is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! The macaroni salad was great and so was the garden salad. The shredded pork was also tasty, especially with the addition of the house sauce. Highly recommend going to this Asian market and trying the restaurants.

Love the food but they can be really slow. Took 45+ minutes to get my order of lumpia. Mobile orders that came in after I was in line were made before me so I had to wait longer in front of them waiting for them to finish entering those orders before they would take mine. I’ll give them that there were only 2 of them but I would have liked to of known it was going to be a while. Might of gone somewhere else.

First time here, had the Loco moco with hamburger and while the wait for the food to come out is a little long BUT it is well worth the wait. This is the first loco moco I’ve had and I only dreamed about having it because I have never visited Hawaii, thank you for bringing the islands to Utah.

I gave 5 stars on everything except atmosphere because its in a food court ! BUT don’t let that fool you i have been to Hawaii and their food is just as authentic and delicious as being back in Hawaii ! Well worth going to !!

I’ve eaten here a few times and the last two times…. Oh boy. First few times the food has been amazing, but the last two I have had issues that I can’t justify. The food was just awful.
The most recent time I ordered the pork belly in a mixed plate…. I regret it so much. It was so tough and over cooked that it literally hurt my teeth.
It sucks because I loved the food, but this last time is causing me to go back to LoLo… I will not eat here again.
