I’m not familiar with the lady boss, but I’ve observed consistently poor customer service and disrespectful behavior toward clients. I’ve supported your business, yet I’m now looking at alternative options. If you address staff conduct and customer respect, I’d consider returning.

I don’t speak Vietnamese, the ladies don’t speak much English. However, there is one customer who kindly helped me out. I asked for vegetarian sandwich. It’s $4. That’s a lot. I could get one cheaper at Lee’s Sandwich. The customer told me I could go to Ban Mi Che Cali for cheaper sandwich but this place is good.
The sandwich didn’t taste like vegetarian at all. I couldn’t tell what ingredients were in it. Judge for yourself, is it vegetarian?
I gave $5 to the lady. She walked away without giving me my change. I stood there waiting for her for 1 minute for the change.

Food: we got the white/yellowish potatoes with coconut in square container – very rich and tasty! Got the white smoothie – don’t get the smoothies…a lot of little ice chips in them and extremely sweet – no!
Service: to the point
Atmosphere: basic
I would not go back.

First time here. Needed to buy food for a party. It is expensive and the food is OK. The staff is fairly nice, but you can tell they treat non Vietnamese people differently. I got the party size noodles and the taste was fine. Nothing overly exceptional. I don’t think I will be back. Not because anything was bad, but for the price, I can go to other places for better food and cheaper.

Not recommend. Very bad customer service! I just went to the store to order foods. They told me that they opened every day at 0600; so, I order the foods to be picked up at 0630 this coming Friday for potlucks at work. Then, they told me that they could not do it that early, “at least 0700”.
Well, I walked out and went to a different store. This store was supposed to open from 0700am-0700pm. However, they were happy to take my orders and let me pick up the foods at 0630.
No wonder this Seaport Dakao store is going down. They don’t want business so we should go to other places.

I have went here for a long and now after COVID. They’ve raised the price where I feel it’s unreasonable compare to other places. Food prices have went but they still kept their old prices. And so I noticed there’s so much less customer now. I won’t be coming back to this place anymore.

I normally don’t give 1 star unless I am extremely upset.
I ordered about $250 worth of foods for a party at home.
The noodles tray was spoiled and not edible.
The rest of the foods are completely cold – looks like they cooked it since yesterday.
Please do yourself a favor and buy foods from somewhere else

Great party trays here!!! The Vietnamese food to go here are great and I love the salad party trays from here. I must say that don’t add the sauce fish to your salad before you try it because my experience is that you don’t need it.

Be careful with change money. The old lady just gave me 50 cents instead of $2.50. She told me she gave already but I’m sure I don’t have any dollar bills in my pocket. She threw $2 to my face without any apology.

One of those frustrating CASH only business so the owners can hide income from the tax man while sporting ginormous rocks on their fingers! Food gets left out for who knows how long and usually ends up tasting spoiled by the time I get it home (roughly 15-20 min drive) if I pick up items on their counter. I saw cooks stick their finger into the food they were cooking to taste it, stick their finger into their mouths, adjust seasonings, stick it back into the food again for another taste, and immediately transfer the food into a tray to sell. I guess their germs are a special ingredient! Their Vietnamese salads are kept in the fridge and are a “safer” thing to purchase. Prices are fair and the food is decent enough for take out, but I personally don’t like carrying cash so I rarely go here unless someone requests food specifically from here. In most cases I try to sway them towards something else since this place is out of my way and I’m not a fan of places that are allergic to using a register and clearly only accepts CASH and rings people up verbally to avoid having an electronic and recorded money trail lol.
