We are a family restaurant with fresh meals, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We offer American cuisine with meals made fresh daily. As a customer said People may complain that the food doesn’t come out as fast as other places, but that doesn’t bother me. Because I know that my meal is being made specifically for me, not lumped into a large group and the quality of the meal will be much better. We feel everyone should get a quality meal, friendly service and with a fair price.

Stopped by Daiva’s Grille for lunch today, and let me just say—this place knows how to do a burger right. We ordered the Ben Franklin Burger with fries (that we ended up splitting) and the House Burger, plus an appetizer of onion rings because, well, why not?
First off, be warned: the Ben Franklin Burger isn’t messing around. Two hefty beef patties stacked up, cooked exactly as ordered, and packed with flavor. If you’ve got an appetite, this is your move. The House Burger was just as solid—juicy, well-seasoned, and honestly, better than some of those burger joints that charge double the price for a similar meal. And those onion rings? Crispy, golden, and exactly what you want in a side. Be warned, they come hot, so don’t let greed get the best of you like it did me.
Beyond the food, the vibe here is just easygoing and welcoming. The waitresses were awesome—friendly and had a great sense of humor that made the meal even better. You don’t always get service like that, so it stood out.
They do have a small parking lot, but if that’s full, there’s plenty of on-street parking nearby, so no stress. For the portions and quality, the value here is top-notch. Definitely one of those spots we’ll hit again next time we’re in the area.

And if I can give a million stars I would, I had the eggs Benedict, and I could honestly say it was the best that I ever had, that hollandaise sauce was absolutely delicious, The atmosphere was so peaceful and calm and very very clean..

Food was okay. What I had was pretty standard for a diner with regards to egg products. I had a spinach and mozzarella omelet. I also had a pumpkin spice Belgian waffle and it came with a mimosa which was a fabulous touch. I applaud them for making me feel like I was having a true brunch. Service was good. I didn’t have to wait long to be seated. My waitress was patient. Overall, it was a great stop.

I moved to the area a bit ago and am still looking for our go-to local breakfast spot. We tried out Daiva’s, and it’s now in the lead.
A parking lot is vital—no need to circle streets looking for a spot. Huge inside. Plenty of seats at m 9 am on Sunday.
Great service. Solid food. Overall, it was a great experience.
I had the Corned Beef Casserole
(Corn Beef Hash topped with (2) Eggs, served with Home Fries) evils the wife had the Breakfast Combo (
(2) Eggs, (2) Pancakes or French Toast, (2) Sausage Links, (2) Strips of Bacon with Home Fries )
It also had a kid’s menu with many options.

Sunday Brunch was excellent. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and my wife ordered the Stuffed French Toast. Everything came out quick and was delicious. Definitely will be coming back!

Very homey atmosphere. Really good comfort food. My uncle’s favorite spot. Had the fish and grits and I was surprised that this combination worked so well (like with chicken and waffles). Came with a comp Mimosa which is always a good time. Family friendly and better than any major chain restaurant. Very affordable

This place was fantastic. We stopped at this restaurant as we were passing through town, I’m glad that we did. The food was excellent, service was great and the portions were unexpectedly large. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in the Roxborough area.

I read a few reviews, and some weren’t that good, so I decided to see for myself. When I arrived, the staff was very welcoming they got me seated right away, no wait. I thought it would be overcrowded because of all the cars out front. The food came fast and hot, ready to eat it was delicious. The staff kept checking up on me like I was at a five-star restaurant. This is definitely a place overlooked and a must try. If your disappointment then your the problem because this place was great. I will be returning.
