Tried this place for the first time and it is worth it!
The fried chicken was so crispy and juicy. I found it to be better than Chick-Fil-a! It was excellent!
The burger was really good, juicy and perfect amount of condiments.
The a bit bigger than shoestring fries had the right amount seasoning. We just wish they were a bit warner.
I also ordered a old fashion oatmeal cookie. The frosting was a bit too sweet for me, but the actually cookie was soft, sweet, and was a prefect ratio of raisin to cookie.
We tried to go earlier this week, but they seem to have weird hours. So I need to figure out when they are really open.

Cheese Curds were amazing! Some of the best curds I’ve had around Milwaukee. The burger was also very tasty, but it would have been better with options for greens, a tomato slice, or other fresh veg toppings. Overall, would recommend.

We have eaten here 3 times now, 1) we tried their fried chicken sandwich, was amazing! 2) we tried their burgers, absolutely delicious! 3) Tonight we tried their fish fry, again absolutely delicious, very filling, very tasty, well worth the trip to go get it!! We tried 2 times to get fish fry but were sold out! I can see why. Have to call early. our new favorite place to eat! Great job guys!!

This. Place. Is. Amazing!! Had my eyes on Dairyland for a few months via Instagram before I was able to make the trek up from Chicago. Stopped in recently while in WI visiting family and ….it was tooooootally worth it. We are always on the hunt for the perfect cheese curd and with the homemade ranch…omg…we found it. We also tried the fried chicken sandwich and three different burgers and they were all so so good. Like probably the best burger in Milwaukee good. Definitely will be back. The only suggestion I have (and it’s really minor) is that they maybe put up a sign with their logo when open. (Maybe they have one and I missed it-totally possible). They give pretty clear instructions on how to pick up food and where it is on their website, but I still accidentally drove past, thinking I’d see a sign. Either way, 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to visit family again so we can stop in!!!

so good i’m writing my first ever public review. i’ve tried almost everything on the menu (cheeseburger, fried chicken sandwich, fish fry, fries, onion rings, cheese curds) and it is all amazing. everything about the cheeseburger is chef’s kiss perfect, but the toasty buttery sesame bun stands out. i was skeptical about the homemade ranch for the cheese curds, but it was also amazing. prices are great, website and online ordering is well-designed and easy to navigate, curbside pick-up is a breeze. the first time i picked up i was surprised that they were out to my car to ask my name before i even had time to call them – very prompt. The employees are always so nice. i don’t think they could do anything better – perfection.

Excellent burgers..burger had a fresh toasted bun and thick layer of cheese. You can order it however you want it. The fries were a bit seasoned but had a good taste. Dont forget the frosted oatmeal cookie for dessert. Pick up is in the back of building, they will bring it out for ya. Would I order again..why yeah I would..

Recently heard about this place and after looking at their menu I knew we had to go. Ordering online was a breeze and you pull up to the back of the building and they bring you your food.
As for the actual food, we had the BMoC and the Chicken sandwich. The burger was amazing but the chicken sandwich certainly wouldn’t be outdone. On top of that the cheese curds were phenomenal and so were the fries. If I had to complain it’s that my stomach wasn’t big enough to eat more. Can’t wait to go back!!

After weeks of seeing this place on the way to work and the mounds of great photos and reviews, we decided to give it a go. Woof. Our food was ready 10 minutes early but was cold and soggy. The fries were a little raw in the middle and the “spicy” chicken tasted of old fryer oil. The burger was…a burger. Just so disappointing. Only redeeming quality were those sauces, those were amazing.

I was looking forward to this burger. I love burgers of all kinds. The fries, onion rings, and cheese curds were all cooked fresh and hot. The burger felt and tasted like it was “prepped” way before we ordered it. The bun was not toasted or steamed. A cold bun on a lukewarm burger cannot be “Milwaukee’s best burger”. My wife’s Patti melt was similarly lukewarm. We got to the zocalo at 11:15AM shortly after they opened and waited about 15 minutes for our order. They were not terribly busy. Were the burgers “cooked to order”? Was the bun supposed to have been cold? Is the food truck different from your other location?
