I do not recommend this place at all !! Horrible horrible customer service and the prices for an ice cream cone is a pure rip off … I asked the young lady if they had kid cones she says No. So i ordered a small cone regular nothing special for $4.00 . The young lady proceeds to had me a cone with barely any ice cream on it. So I asked the other young lady is it suppose to be this small. she says my apologies that’s a kids cone I’m not sure why she gave you that… what’s funny is the other young lady told us they didn’t sell kid cones. So they charge us $4.00 dollars for a “ small ice cream cone “ I don’t recommend this place !

The employee got my order wrong first attempt. Second attempt it was wrong again. Then I was charged a price difference (fairly so for what I originally ordered) unfortunately the price on the sign for a waffle cone was $5.75 plus tax and the sprinkles. I was charged over $8 for the double wrong made order. I worked in the food and beverage industry for 22 years. The attitude of the female employee needs to be checked. NEVER again.

The icercream was okay and staff was nice for the most part. Bought a dipped cone but came back 2 minutes later because it’s dripping out of the cone and all over the floors I was ready to pay whatever extra fee but getting with it “it is a soft serve icecream” turns me off ✨ little do they know I work with 7 soft machines and know exactly how soft serve it’s supposed to be. I agree with the upcharge of utensils since some customers can be costly but I literally showed the workers my icecream spilling out the cone. It it didn’t I wouldn’t have to ask for a cup. Seems like this place is greedy charging customers for liquid icecream. Good tatic. I won’t come back.

I stopped in to dairy treats today I came all the way from New York City. This ice cream shop is amazing. I had the vanilla cone hotdog and cheese fries. All I can say it was delicious.

20 minutes before the mall closes the were unable to sell anything other the ice cream cones because they clean their machines. So you are willing to loose business to leave at 9:00 pm. Then your hours should be open until 8:30pm

I came with my husband and we enjoyed some delicious wings & mozzarella sticks with crispy French fries and two strawberry shakes . Service was really good the girl was so sweet she brought our food and shakes to the table and brought condiments along with napkins

The cashier was really nice but on the other hand the person making the ice cream was rude. My daughter which is 6 years old actually tipped them with her own money and when we told them they made the ice cream wrong she rudely answer me and thru the cup at the kids . What a monster . FYI the ice cream was really creamy but now it’s more icy.

I never write reviews but had to for this one. My wife ordered an orange soda mozzarella sticks and an ice cream . Mind you everything was great until she took a bite of the fermented sauce that came with her mozzarella stick. I mean I can smell the fermentation. She replaces it with a fresh one from the same can she had opened today. The employee informs me she is not supposed to do a refund as it has already been bitten. She ate from one of the five sticks and it’s a health concern like you have to be kidding me. I will not be coming back especially cause you’re always waiting on them what seems like forever.

Great place for ice cream. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors. Once you taste this ice cream you are spoiled. Their shakes and blends are terrific! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Also, not a bad spot to get a quick bite to eat as they have a variety of snacks/food. Their hot wings and mozzarella sticks are delicious.
