Dairy Treat is one of those rare third places in suburbia thats cheap, delicious, and everyone in the area hangs out at. The owner is delightful, friendly, and feels almost like a friend after all these years. While i may no longer live in the area, i am sure to visit Dairy Treat every time I am back here!

I’ve been driving past this place for years and never stopped. I’m happy we finally tried this place. We ordered two cones and a blueberry shake and total was $10, which is a very fair price. Everything tasted good and the staff were very friendly. I liked the drive thru but wish they took credit cards instead of cash only. We will be back again to try something different.

Julie the manager is phenomenal and best customer service. We were able to use their signage for our own personal message! So grateful for that and was such a great experience with Julie and staff. Ice cream is yummy of course and plenty of options to choose from! The vegan dole whip is delicious as well! Highly recommend!

Love this spot! My favorite place in Rochester Hills. The ice cream is TOO good. It is cash only, so make sure you have some on you. They have a huge menu, so a little treat for everyone. 10/10

Dairy Treat is wonderful! From “novelty” ice cream truck treats to icecream cones, sundaes, shakes, “blizzards” & slushies. Try the delicious banana split “blizzard”. You will not be disappointed.
The food is decent as well. Coneys, chicken tenders, wing dings, fries (can be loaded), BLT, and more!

OMG! My first time visiting was yesterday Wednesday August 13th. I pass by very often and it is always a line. I figured it must be a very popular spot. So yesterday I decided to stop by for myself. I was not at all disappointed. I got a butterscotch Royale and what they called a pineapple Dole whip. The butterscotch Royale was a very delicious treat, very delicious. I loved all of the pecans. But the pineapple Dole whip,…. Oh My GOD…… I am in love. I have never ever tasted that before. It was more than amazing. I’m finding myself not being able to say enough about it. I’m definitely coming back for more. And let me add that the prices are not at all bad. Me and my son ended up with two large Sundaes, an order of curly fries, and that amazing pineapple dole whip all for $20.
Now I see why everybody goes there…
And the employees are very very nice. It was a very wonderful experience.
