I drove 2 minutes away to eat my blizzard, it was soupy like half melted and my s’mores blizzard only had two pieces of chocolate in it and I ordered a large blizzard and they gave me the wrong flavor ice cream. It’s not hard to take an order and make it I have worked in fast food I know.

There’s an old lady working here who is rudeeee. Today 3.25.2025 2:15 pm. Her attitude is disgusting, all because I asked for a cup for my son’s ice cream cone. I even offered to pay for the cup and she just rolled her eyes even giving her co worker and attitude. She’s disgusting. The young man who took care of me at the register was a sweetheart. Always good service, great seating, although sometimes it’s dirty so watch out, but the best part is it’s air conditioned and outside is an area where you can feed the ducks.

3rd time in a row they got our orders wrong, we’re done. The chocolate milkshake was vanilla ice-cream with a teaspoon of chocolate syrup that wasn’t even mixed in. They forgot the peanut butter syrup in the blizzard that we paid extra for AGAIN !!. This is a monkey job, you put CHOCOLATE ice-cream in a cup and stir, how hard is that ?? I don’t think they’re training their employees .

The sign said something about treating people right. So I asked for a small Pecan Mudslide. The guy said they don’t have small. So I told him what the sign says. He proceeded to make a small Pecan Mudslide for my wife. All I can say is Thank You for treating people right! My wife was impressed that he went out of the way to make her a small. Then he also charged less. Way to go! I wish everyone would put the customer first! This is one of my favorite places now because of what this young man did!

Ordered twice recently first time ordered a banana split I don’t know if they just don’t train employees how to make them or if employees simply don’t care but it was the worst it was pretty much all syrup and melted ice cream and I ordered it and went to eat it right away. Decided to give another shot today and same result this DQ sucks.

My kids and I absolutely love their blizzards and ice cream cakes and cupcakes and that you can special order them to your liking for minimal extra fee. This has always been a favorite place of mine since a kid and being able to in warmer months and see the ducks and feed them is the best family activity.
