I agree with the recent comments of others. Employees were not rude however we did not feel as if they wanted us to enter the premises. Soft serve ice cream cone had absolutely no flavor. Gave it to my dog. Won’t be returning. Owners must not care

Same sentiment as Shannon posted. Got the special Superman blizzard and not one piece of cookie dough ice cream. Couldn’t point this out staff as we left the location as soon as our order was done. My wife’s blizzard had candy pieces, but wasn’t mixed in. All the pieces were at the top. Will not be going back to this location.

My family and I come here often. We usually get blizzards but they have been very inconsistent. You either get a lot of stuff in it or you’re eating just the soft serve ice cream. For the prices we pay I hate that we don’t get what we pay for. This is about 3 times now I have dumped the blizzard once I get home. We even took a break from this location for a bit and it’s still the same. This location is very clean and spacious though. Everything else I’ve had is fine.

Mediocre service every time I’ve gone in. Please teach the young crew to address their guests. Also, instead of mumbling an order and rolling their eyes when a customer doesn’t hear them, they should try to speak up and speak clearly.

Main concern is the worker ringing up people paying with cash, handling bills and change then going straight to making our blizzards!! I almost said something but didn’t want to embarrass him. I emailed corporate, but no response. **One blizzard was an inch and a half over the rim and one was the same amount under. It balanced out I guess but should be consistently made. The medium became the same size as the small.

This was such a bad experience. They forgot my order, then when I asked them to make it they made it wrong. Also they didn’t even bother to give me a straw or a spoon. Very disappointed.

Not remembering exactly what time the Fraser Dairy Queen closed (ended up being 9:30) and after walking two miles. We arrived at 9:29 and the staff refused to serve us. The evening was hot and we were really looking forward to some ice cream. We understand the staff wanting to go home, but think this shows poor customer service. This location of very close to our house, has been a frequent stop on our walks and we have visited this location many times. Customer service has been good to average, but never bad enough to prevent us from coming back. This may actually prevent us from returning. Time will tell.
