Employees look like they don’t even want to work there, horrible service overall and mixing up their tickets. Forgot to give some customers their cups and also ended up giving someone wrong change. I ordered a chicken sandwich and some cheese curds, and a chicken strip basket that took about a 20 minute or more wait. The floor is also very dirty. They never smile and honestly treat their customers like peasants. I should aslo mention that it looks like they just threw my cheese curds in the bag. None were in the box itself as they were all over the bag. They know people have places to be especially since they are by a FREEWAY!! They moved very slow and slacked around. This is very poor management, get it changed please.

Listen DO NOT EAT HERE!! If you wanna have stomach issues then go ahead. They do not wash their hands and keep same gloves on to clean, sweep and take orders then make and touch your food. The place they keep your lids and spoons has old crumbs and dirt. When brought to the Manager she was dismissive and rude. NEVER AGAIN!! Topping on the cake my pretzel box had black hair in it.

Money and time waster. It’s one of the most disgusting fast-food restaurants I’ve ever been to. The employees are slow as turtles and super lazy. I waited for 35 minutes for my order to be fulfilled, but nothing happened. As a result, I left the place feeling hungry.

The drive through signs were lit up and seemed to be functioning, and after I sat there for 5 minutes I pulled to the window, and there were 2 employees sitting there. “Drive through’s closed”. So I go inside to get the ice cream, and they don’t give us any lids. Some of the ice cream ended up spilling. It was kinda bad. But, it’s still Dairy Queen, so the ice cream tasted fine. I would maybe go back if I had to, but at this point I’d rather go to McDonald’s or Cook Out or Wendy’s.

While waiting in the drive thru I saw a woman employee preparing a blizzard and licking ice cream off her finger. Do not eat here! I drove off without even getting my sundae I ordered.

Doesn’t take common sense to not stand Chile cheese hot dogs up in a paper bag! Second time here, and my last! First time got an expensive banana split with only half the ingredients. This time, no onions for my hot dog, and stood them up in the bag so all the toppings fell off?? Tell the customer when ordering if you are out of something!!! Common Sense please!!

This DQ puts me in the mind of a dive bar, or a flea bag motel. Its nasty, and has been like this for years. For some reason the drive thru is not open, and sometimes it is. I just wish they would put a cone up or sighn on the speaker, so I dont waste time sitting at the speaker for five minutes, and no one answer me. The blizzards here are good, as far as the other menu items, I dont know, because I would not trust any hot food from this location…….

Wish I would’ve read the reviews first. Horrible food brought it back and still was worse when supposedly been remade. On top of that gave me chicken strips that wasn’t even cooked the second time. By the comments the owner has no concerns about the quality of food being served.
