Poor customer service!! Poorly made dipped cones and everyone that worked there has poor attitudes. Also the place was messy !!! Everyone working there are kids and don’t look too happy to be there. Every order I saw while waiting for my ice cream looked like a mess and looked like my 7 year old would do better!! When I called the owner all she could say was she was proud of her kids working there . They need to be properly trained in what they need to do and learn how to do a better job with the customers.

We went in on a Saturday to order a cake, we had a very specific idea of how the cake was going to turn out, with all the writing and decorations on it. They said we could come pick up the completed cake on Tuesday. Come Tuesday, they lost the order, despite us calling in the morning to confirm they have the order, so we had to pick a generic one from the freezer instead of our custom one. The manager was nice enough, but the rest of the workers seemed like they weren’t even paying attention to us.

Wow I just spent $8.50 on 2 small dipped cones!! Holy moly.. Then I was gonna buy the busterbars but they were $16 for a 6 pack. The drive up line was very long so I went inside. The churro dipped cone was tasty.

The sign says open until 9pm, it’s 8:15pm, several people were coming out and when we got to the doors they were locked. Staff member comes to the door and said they’re closed! No explanation given, we have very sad kids that didn’t get to sit and enjoy ice cream!
