Make sure they were good and as I’m driving to my house that is 1 minute away they started dripping and melting. Since she gave them to me they look watery but as i am driving I saw that they were not frozen right. They spill over the tray. Very disappointing that they would sell their ice cream like that.

This place is slow as hell and when you pull up to the drive thru my ice cream is already there and water down. Like come on you guys need to manage the drive thru better and be way more efficient! My 2nd time here and i wont be back due to the fact how slow it is. Think twice before coming here.

In all the years that I have been coming here I have waited to get my order taken, but never have I had someone so rude that takes my order and that takes so long to serve my order. I waited from 3:17 pm till 3:33 pm almost 20 minutes, that’s is just ridiculous. Please do better and double check who it is you are hiring because some people are just not ment to work with people at all, just like the person who took my order today.

Listen I love dairy Queen but y’all need lids or something for your cups. EVERYTIME we go here our cups are overflowing with ice cream and already spilling and leaking over the cups by the time we get to the car. Like my fil ice cream was already melting when they handed it to us. Please stop overflowing the cups with already melting ice cream or just give us lids.

South Valley Ice Cream spot. Been coming here for ice cream in the summer since I was a child. Local family owned & ran for generations. Very respectful & friendly to customers. Fast service: drive through or park & walk up to order windows. Deserts only. No fast food.
