We stopped in for a treat while passing through. The employees were friendly and seemed like they were doing what they were suppose to be doing. Although I found the place to look clean. But when you looked closer, things could be better. I moved seats because the table was dirty, when the place was empty. A quick wipe of tables and such can go a long way. And it really doesn’t take long. You just have to want to make things clean.

Our local Dairy Queen is awesome for a cold treat, but navigating the drive thru is a nightmare. I know they were just working with the space available but trying to get into the drive thru is a giant puzzle as people try to enter from 2 different directions and it relays heavily on people being patient and polite which is in short supply these days.

They took a while to bring us our chicken strips and we were worried they forgot about us, but then someone came with the chicken and a punch card full of punches good for a free blizzard and apologized that they are training a new cook and they are so sorry. Sometimes it’s just a little acknowledgment or apology that makes service great.

Not my average DQ. Not what I like about …..?????? No grill Not very many choices. I can’t say that the service wasn’t very excellent she was so over excellent beyond what most are and it’s just not DQ. Not “DUDE” or Grill so nothing to choose from. It’s not what you think.
