The darker skinned young lady that was working last night her service was horrible and she was rude as could be. I turned around and walked out without giving my attitude back. She was primarily working drive through. I came in to place an order for a cake, and she definitely did not want to take an order for a cake. She asked me when did I want it by and i replied with i dont need it by a certain date and i would just like one made and be notified when it was ready. That set her off. I would highly recommend the owner get in contact with me because I’ve already talked with several of my friends that go there and none of us are going back to she’s gone.

I work in this mall. Since a lot of the restaurants close early, Dairy Queen is usually a good option for later shifts. Left my store and got to the Dairy Queen counter around 6:44 PM. There was a sign on the counter that said “be right back.” It is 7:18 PM as I write this and they still have not returned. Excluding myself, I have seen multiple customers come up, see the sign, wait 10 minutes, then leave… This is not the first time this has happened. Personally, this is the second time I’ve had this happen to me- both times having to wait around 30 minutes for service.
EDIT: it is currently 7:38 PM. Was helped a few minutes earlier. Security got involved. They closed early since the sales associate was left ALL ALONE on a Saturday without a manager. Had to use the “be right back” sign since she had no proper “closed” sign. She apologized and gave me some free chips and queso, but it’s not her fault.. Management really screwed up this one.

Finally. Prescott has a frozen soft serve place geared specifically for wealthy people. A small milk shake is $6.49 and a “large” is $7.49 (each plus tax) … and no, those are NOT typos. I got a “small” dish (they call it a large) of soft serve for $5.95. Financing is not available.

I don’t like the “food” here but do love a good Blizzard. Wish they would being back the french silk.
It’s hit or miss on how well your blizzard is blended but all in all this location does ok.

Only got my daughter’s ice cream cake here and the owner it must have been. Was there and she helped us out immensely with the decorations on the cake and just totally personalizing it for my daughter. We didn’t order it online or anything. We want our daughter to be able to pick it out and they helped out so much with it. It was amazing just to see how much customer service they had. Where it feels like usually you don’t get that kind of service. These guys went above and Way Beyond.

I like ice cream. This place has ice cream. So… I like this place. The guy that was ahead of me ordered ice cream. So I think he likes ice cream. Good thing he came here because they have good ice cream. I wonder sometimes if people come to this place because they like ice cream. I think they do because if they didn’t like ice cream, there wouldn’t be much point coming to this place.

I work in this mall and have up until today frequented this Dairy Queen. Today Saturday July 11th I placed an order for a strawberry cheese cake blizzard. I order this item all the time and I know how it is supposed to taste and look. Well I walked away with a 7 dollar cup of vanilla icecream. Obviously the girls who made my order had no idea what she was doing . After deciding that I did not want to pay 7 dollars for a incorrect order I walked back and explained my issue.
This is when the real fun began. Neither of the 2 employees even knew how to make this item and it was incredibly apparent to me that I was not going to recieve anything even close to my correct order..
This was a 7 dollar lesson that taught me whomever is in charge of this location simply could care less about the quality of what they are serving and for a very high price might I add.
Furthermore as I cut hair in this mall and constantly and being asked if there is anywhere decent to get snacks here I will be sure to steer anyone I meet away from this completly incompetent circus

Awful service. I tried to order using a deal through the app the manager then ripped my phone from my hands and said did you choose this location very rudely. I said yes. She was very mad and then tried to charge me normal price for the item. I said I had the coupon and she said since I wanted Oreos in my mini blizzard it would cost extra it cost 3 dollars instead of 1.50. I agreed to pay the 3 dollars and she didn’t even add the Oreos in my blizzard. Save your money the service here is awful.
