No a/c. Service was seriously lacking. The 3 kids working were not nice. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned, the kid purposely started at another table. I dis ask nicely. Not going back

Horrible experience. Two young ladies working there doing their best, but so poorly managed. At first, I was surprised by the limited menu. No burgers. At a DQ. No onions for the chili dog, so I opted for chicken strip sandwich. Received it only to discover a tiny bun, two small strips, and a glob of mayo. For $9. (w/fries/drink). Went up to the counter to find out they were out of lettuce and tomato. Overheard that they were also out of milk, so couldn’t make shakes. The restaurant is right next to City Market. But…. no manager on duty. ♂️

Went to this Dairy Queen on our way to Utah and the girl upfront with curly bangs and hoop earrings had some confrontation with a gross bald man – Who was upset about how he didn’t hear his food called out. Just want to say she handled it smoothly and remained calm. Even when her coworker didn’t really help back her up. Give that woman a raise!

Ordered a cake online for a birthday party. Apparently they can’t see orders placed online. They knew it was an issue, did nothing to offer a solution, and had no ready made cakes for an alternative. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!

I visited the Delta Colorado Dairy Queen. There were 5 employees visible behind the counter. Yet, we could not find a clean table to sit at. We tried to order a hamburger – which we were told there was none of. We then ordered a meal. We paid and then we’re informed there was no drinks available but tap water. That would have been helpful to know before we paid for a soft drink. I still can’t believe we had to pay for tap water! We received our food and we asked for ketchup which we were told there was none of. Another bit of info that would have been helpful before we ordered fries. Pretty terrible experience.

One girl working, the tea had bleach in it, someone didn’t rinse it out, some husband asked her to please not give it to anyone else. She was working hard and fast, and the food was good.
