I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, we’ve come here for several years and have never had any problems or issues. Yes, the majority of staff members are young adults but they’ve always displayed some form of professionalism. We’re going to continue coming for ice cream especially since Baskin Robbins closed.

Still searching for the fudge in this soup I paid $10 for. Royal brownie….no brownie, no fudge, no structure to the ice cream, just chocolate chips (the worst part). How irritating that they gave it out like this. I pulled out the cup from the other one and its covered in sticky chocolate…they knew it was messed up and still gave it out. Not sure how you mess up so bad? Gave me a spoon, should have given me a straw.

DO NOT GO HERE! Every time we do they can not get a basic cheesecake blizzard right with brownies! It’s just strawberry and vanilla! Never get our orders right and had hair in our ice cream!! So I order a hot fudge Sunday and a parfeit and saying half full is being generous. definitely skimping on the ice cream. Definitely not worth the money. It was made by a tall skinny guy with glasses. I say something to the girl at the register and she says that’s their manager. Which was very strange considering he was all over very inappropriately and flirting with what appeared to be a under age girl.

Went today and both my boyfriend and I had various pieces of debris and potential mold in both of our orange cream shakes. He had huge chunks of chocolate and other pieces of candy in his. Absolutely disgusting.

Worst place I’ve been to period in a long time! Employees were teens that were too busy in their phones & playing around that they got our order wrong plus the one after us. When I went in to correct the order I saw how filthy the establishment was. Will never go back.

The last few times I’ve gone they’ve skimped on the cocoa fudge. This is the French silk pie blizzard that I ordered with extra cocoa fudge on top and it’s still white. It should be darker than this without me paying extra.

Food is fine…but there wasn’t a line and there were 9 people working and we stood at the register for 5 minutes with no one coming to the counter to take our order and they just kept walking by. Online delivery services came and they helped them and continued to not take our order.
