Extremely disappointed the last 3 visits. Today is the last day, we gave this location 3 chances and on every occasion it was a different person/ persons working. Every time staff was unfriendly, no hi or thank you. They stand there waiting for the customer to engage 1st. Today both young boys were not friendly and 2 out of 3 items or incorrect. No point to go back. Lesson learned. I will choose chick fil a next time.

Went in tonight, although it was pretty busy, the young lady at the front desk had 11/10 service. Such a sweet kind kiddo though i didn’t catch her name, i let her choose my blizzard and its FIRE. Highly recommend this location

Ordered a 10″ birthday cake for my girls’ birthday Sunday afternoon. I told them I would be there at 2:30 on Tuesday. I got there at 2:30 and it wasn’t done. They made us over 40 minutes late to my girls’ party. Offered nothing….just “it’ll be done in 5 minutes.”. Took about 20 minutes! If you have time frames, do it early or not at all!

I love coming here on weekdays when the owner is working, she knows how to make some awesome chili dogs and blizzards, and she’s super super nice. I can’t remember her name but I try to come in when I know she’s working and I’m super glad that she works at the Dairy Queen.

I stopped by on Saturday night and unknowingly arrived 5 minutes after their lobby closed. The store manager let me in to order, despite closing the store as soon as I walked up, and was so kind and helpful. The crew hear seemed to be enjoying their time during a busy hour, serving so many cars in the drive-thru. Kudos to this team!
