Quick little goodness stop my BEST GIRL Silver as she’s affectionately known loves her some vanilla soft serve. So of course I spoil my big ole meat headed girl and as we drive up to the window to retrieve our ice cream they see it is for my Lil girl Silver (90lb Bully) and immediately ask if she can have dog treats included in her ice cream (I didnt request a puppy cup ) ABSOLUTELY she would love that. Great customer service GREAT exchange with my Lil girl and extremely amazing flavor of the month blizzard (strawberry cheesecake).

Awful service. Ask for 3 mini, cone and a pup cup. Screwed up my order waited at the drive thru never came back asking why I was still there. Lucky they only charge me for what I got. I’m not gonna make a scene over some ice cream but super disappointed.

I ordered a large cone and my wife order a medium. The medium was just as big as the large I put them side by side. The ice cream wasnt even to the edge of the cone. The girl at the window said that is the way the make them. That wasn’t the only time. Go to the north one and get a large cone that covers the whole cone. Lot of money for what you get.

We drove through and ordered 2 blizzards. The guy at the window flipped them both upside down which is expected, however he flipped one over and it made a huge mess. He handed it to my husband and closed the window. We had icecream all over our hands and on the seats of our rental car. It took a few minutes for him to open the window again, and when we told him what happened he said “oops” and handed us napkins and slammed the window again… not great customer service. Only reason they get 2 stars is because the icecream was good.

Have had trouble in the past of receiving wrong orders or charging the wrong amount. The last time I went here I was charged double (my food and the car behind mine). I happened to catch it and notified the lady at the window who was not very compliant on getting me my money back. I have a feeling they knew the vehicle behind me. Long story short they couldn’t put it back on my card so they gave me cash back in $1 bills. At least the ice cream was good.

When I order a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard, it has the right amount of chocolate in it! When I go to the other DQ and order the same blizzard, they give me more vanilla ice cream with a little chocolate sprinkled in. I will always drive across town to this store exclusively!!
