I never rate places did everybody knows like McDonald’s Walmart Taco Bell Burger King because everybody knows what to expect from them This dairy Queen in particular was different. The owner was there and was the sweetest lady and very nice to talk to you if I had to go out of my way to go to this dairy Queen again I would not think twice about doing it.

Ordered a cherry dipped cone and it was incredibly sloppy. The cherry mixture was thin as well. I used to get these frequently and they have never been so awful.

I returned to the store to because the Orange Julius I received did not taste right. I informed the staff member (Hayden) that the drink’s flavor was off and requested a replacement. Her response was dismissive, stating that she was confident in the drink’s preparation given her two years of experience of working there. The staff member’s tone and demeanor were unprofessional. She proceeded to pour the Orange Julius into another cup, tasted it, and stated to the other employees that it tasted fine to her with a smirk on her face. Her attitude was both surprising and unpleasant. Being treated in such a manner was truly disappointing.

Ever since the change in ownership, the quality has plummeted. Half the time you get chocolate ice cream, it is just vanilla with some chocolate syrup. Most the time I get a blizzard, it barely has anything other than ice cream. The new owner either doesn’t understand how to modify supply to match demand, or they are intentionally ripping off their customers. At least they know ice cream is suppose to be kept cold.

Always a great experience for a cool sweet treat! Customer service has been on point, and is kind as well! Drove thru today with my dogs, and although one was a little less than pleased with his mom speaking to strangers (barking) the nice staff offered pup cups for my cranky fur-kid(s)! Needless to say that made both of them very happy & only had a little so no brain freezes, haha! Will definitely visit again! Thank you!

Very disappointed to drive out of our way from the freeway to experience the free cone for the first day of Spring to find out this location doesn’t participate. Cool looking old store, but seems like they only serve the treats, no food.

My niece has a milk protein allergy. This is the only Dairy Queen I have been to that doesn’t have the coconut milk dilly bars. I found this odd as they are a treats only DQ, but didn’t have all the treats.
