I’m very disappointed with our experience at this Dairy Queen location. According to Google, the store is supposed to be open until 9:30 PM, but when we arrived, all of the lights were turned off at 9:00 PM. We were already in the drive-through line at 8:50 PM, with three cars ahead of us that were served without issue. However, when we pulled up to the window, there were four employees standing inside who did not acknowledge us at all—no greeting, no explanation, and no indication that they were closed or no longer taking orders.
If the location plans to close early, the posted hours should be updated or customers should at least be informed. Ignoring customers who have already been waiting in line is frustrating and unprofessional. We understand that things happen, but a simple explanation or communication would have gone a long way.

Ice cream is good, but you can only go through the drive through because they have been under staffed for a year now? It would get 5 stars and I would change this score, if they open the doors. This is not covid anymore, let the families in and enjoy the same thing we had as a child…

Placed an online order and it said it would be ready by 8:40pm. We get there and we waited 10 minutes before even being greeted by someone at the front counter… They lazily made our order, and it was very sloppy. I will not return to this location.

Very poor service ordered and waited for a little while and they thought we go it and when was given one part was wrong. Than order ice cream and still waited about 20 min to get our order. Will not return here.

This Dairy Queen’s lobby is never open when its suppose to be. They have signs all over that say its lobby closes at 5pm, but the doors are locked at 4:05pm. They are often completely closed before the time listed on the door as well

Worst DQ ever. Malts are watery like they have very little ice cream (ice milk) in them. Was surprised to find out that McDonald’s malts are thicker and much better! Also Cabanas are the best! Thick with ice cream. Never going to DQ again.
Btw… I tried 3 times to get a good malt before posting. So whoever answers these posts (I’m sure it’s not the franchise owner!) doesn’t need to ask me to give them another try. LOL

Waited over 25 minutes at the counter, just to order! 6 workers, 3 standing around chatting. One trying to make orders, could only do 1 thing at a time. Several workers standing around watching, looking for something to do, none stepped up to take orders. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this DQ. I was behind others in line, as well as others behind me. Definitely needs to figure things out before summer hits and they are actually busy.

We drove all the way there to buy an ice cream cake for my partner’s birthday only to find out that the lobby is closed(which isn’t stated online either). The drive through was PACKED, and picking up an ice cream cake out a drive through window sounds awful. They aren’t doing any construction, so I don’t see why it is closed. And the last time we were there, the cashier was rude and the drive through was packed as well. Don’t recommend unless you want drive through and to waste your time.
