I rarely leave reviews, but this visit to Dairy Queen was unbelievably bad. It took over 30 minutes just to place an order, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. When we finally got our food, every single order was either wrong or poorly made, items were missing, wrong toppings, completely different meals, you name it.
To make things worse, the employees were rude and dismissive when we politely pointed out the mistakes. No apologies, just attitude. And the place itself was dirty and unkempt, from the floors to the counters.
Definitely won’t be coming back. If you’re craving DQ, I suggest finding a different location.

The DQ has always been my favorite since I went to the one in New Buffalo when I was little, this brings me back with a new twist, special shout out to the staff, they did a wonderful job making my hot cocoa. Cocoa Oreo blizzard and the Coca-Cola is top notch!!

I really enjoy this Dairy Queen. Service is great, staff is incredibly friendly and personable. I was pleased with my Blizzard and felt prices were reasonable!

The pumpkin Blizzard was good ! The place needs to tidy up a bit ! Garbage can over flowing . Out side benches melted ice cream on them and on the concrete around the benches. That’s why the 3 stars

Ice cream was great! The service is way better than it used to be, so that’s another star for me! The atmosphere has been the same since I was a kid lol so there is about 3 benches outside to sit at and you are able to hear everyone’s order through the drive thru

I usually come here with my family and usually don’t have a problem. I came here after work on November 28th, 2021. I wanted a snack before I went to the store to find a cute shirt for my weekend plans. I was curious but didn’t realize I had 2 cups, until I felt something hard in my back teeth. I was eating the cardboard from the cup. I wasn’t even done with it. I was pretty disappointed. The older woman that runs this place (I give her 4.5 stars), my family don’t have any issues with our blizzards. But the younger kids that work here (3 stars…), they don’t seem to really care how you get your blizzard. ♀️

Ordered online to save time. I arrived late and the order had not been started yet. I get he was working alone and busy. That is not what prompted the 2 stars. Blizzards were only mixed a bit more than halfway through the cup. Almost the entire bottom was just plain DQ soft serve. I would rather wait longer for a perfect product than to get it in a hurry. Standards need to stay high even when busy.
