The girls that work there are nice but I’ve never had an entire blizzard melt from my 3 minute car ride home as much as it does recently. I rather continue going to tcby where my froyo won’t melt into a soup

Lady at counter were rude. She needs to be fired. Aggressively handed my party their ice cream. Then she proceeded to tell me not to unlock the door when my party was LEAVING. Not politely. Literally said “Don’t unlock the door.” This took place around 8:25 on November 15th. The girl with brown hair needs to be let go and needs to learn her manners.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dairy Queen location.

From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted. The employees looked irritated that we were even there. No “hello,” just cold, unpleasant energy. We’re visiting in town so we took our nieces. My daughter wanted a Mudslide Blizzard. She asked the blonde girl at the counter. She said it was only available online. When I asked if we could get it if I placed the order online, she replied with a rude and dismissive “I guess…” — not a yes or no, just attitude.

After paying for the rest of our order, I tried to place the order online for the Mudslide Blizzard, but the site said this location wasn’t accepting online orders. I explained that to another employee and asked if I could pay for a different Blizzard but have it made like the Mudslide. She looked over at the same blonde girl and then told me no — saying “our manager will get really mad at us.” Still trying to be reasonable, I asked if they could just make something close to the Mudslide.

To top it off, when I asked the second employee for the name of the girl who had been so rude to us, she told me they’re not allowed to give out names. No accountability, no ownership, just a complete lack of care for the way customers are treated.

This was such an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic courtesy and the willingness to help a customer — especially when we’re being respectful and just trying to order something for the children.

I really hope management takes this seriously. This staff needs retraining on both customer service and professionalism. I would recommend going to a different location.

We ordered a cake for my granddaughter. They had no books to look at for ideas. They asked what she wanted on it and she said a toucan and palm tree. Huh? No clue where that came from, but it turned out so cute! Their decorator nailed it!

I l frequent this to location often because it’s close to my home. Ive been going there for years. I purchased a box of ice cream sandwiches as always which cost over $15 for six of them. Once I opened this particular box the first two were fine but the rest of the box upon examination were extreme small.

I took the box back and explained the situation to a young girl who they called from the back. She was rude in her attitude not in her tone. She stated there was nothing she could do. I explained to her she could either replace them or reimburse me. It took here a while to finally exchanged them but she was rude in her attitude and behavior. She did say that the size depends on who makes them?? What kind of Foolishness is that??? I inform her that was unacceptable that all ice cream sandwiches should be the same size. Customers expected them all to be the same size when they are paying $3 or more for each. She didn’t care what I said and didn’t know exactly what to say or do at one point.

I ask for her name she refused. I ask for the store owners name to call him. She refused to give me his name and said she was going to text him. Young people need to learn customer service because we as consumers have a great deal of choices where to spend our money. Please retrain your young staff. The other young ladies were very nice just the one that was in charge had no knowledge of how to handle a situation like this or any customer service skills.

I won’t be purchasing anything else from this location and have shared this information with my family and friends in the area and they won’t be as well. Just sharing my experience and sadly it was disappointing.

Most unfriendly staff I have witnessed at a DQ in a very long time. Tried to engage the 2 young ladies in conversation, granted with corny jokes, couldn’t get either to engage or crack a smile. If they dislike their job that much time to go do something else.

Ordered my usual turtle pecan blizzard, told them to throw an extra turtle in (told you, corny jokes) and nothing. Not even a response of any kind. The blizzard also tasted odd for a turtle pecan blizzard. Not sure why but was slightly off from what I’m used to.

Pretty slow while I was here but a family came in and I watched the order interaction and same thing. Barely could hear the gal taking the orders and not overly friendly. Didn’t interact with the excited kids at all.

Blond gal literally had a frown on her face the whole time it seemed.

Was at this store Saturday July 20 about 4:30 p.m.

Horrible everything tonight. The 3 girls were super rude and had an attitude and even slammed the ice cream on the counter. Barely any candy in my kids blizzards. First time going there in a few years and it will definitely be the last.

What can I say. Excellent! My wife had a sundae and I had a dipped cone. The staff was very friendly and quick. We ate in the car but there are available seats inside. Great summer ice cream outing!

Not sure what’s going on with this mismanaged establishment, not the first time I’ve had a problem. This place says it is open on its sign and on Google maps but when you call and order no answer. Terrible management can’t get an order. It’s not even summer yet and this place is a disgrace. Go to coldstone better service and better quality. Even McDonald’s has better service. Id rate it a zero if I could. Dumb owner letting a DQ ruin it’s reputation.
