Did a mobile order and couldn’t go inside to pick it up at 8 pm, because doors where locked! Drive through was jammed with at least 10 cars no joke! Waited for over 40 mins! I see 1 kid doing nothing but scrolling on his phone. Hire better people who actually want to work. Quit paying these kids who do nothing! I am pretty sure the kid in socks is a big no no in the industy. Mopping the floor in his socks.

We ordered online to pick-up. When we went to get it there was. sign that said they were closed because they ran out of ice cream. I called the next day regarding this. After calling 6 times I finally got ahold of someone. She told me there was nothing they could do about it since they do not control online orders and I would have to dispute with my credit card. Even after explaining that my credit card will not believe my word that they were closed for running out of ice cream, she still said there was nothing they could do. First time trying this location and will be the last. I still have not been able to get the charge off my credit card and it has been 13 days.

Went in during a rush. Service was good. Line did move quickly. My issue was when I got the ice cream, ( Order of 5 small blizzards ) we were not told the flavors, or clarified which flavor was put in the bag. This turned out to be a HUGE headache. Not only that but: all blizzards covered with lids without being asked, tossed in the same bag. All mostly warm. We came to get ice cream to cold a cold treat, not soup! I do not like ice cream and when I decide to get something I except to ENJOY IT. My ice cream had a total of 3 mix in cheesecake pieces. Very disappointing unfortunately.

Hours are until 9:30. Horrible drive thru wait times. Front door is locked at 9pm. Hire more people and keep the front door open until 9:30 PM. They must not want the income. There is always Culvers. I love DQ Peanut Buster Parfait!

The 2 blizzards I ordered were melted when they gave them to me at the drive-thru/pickup window. And not just a little melted, we’re talking milkshake consistency. Not sure what happened or if there was a delay with the car in front of me, but it would have been nice if they offered to remake them. I ended up just throwing them away.

If you close at 9pm and have 20 cars waiting 45 min or longer because your front door is locked so can’t even go in to order maybe tell them you can’t take their order instead of just ignoring them at the window while making blizzards for employees and their friends. Terrible quality of service never coming back.

To start this off the people working the drive through are very friendly and respectful. On our last order they messed something up which I understand because this place gets super busy. So we pull back around wait in the line so they can correct the mistake. But we were met by which we think is the manger she is actually one of the most rude people I’ve ever met she made us feel like idiots. We had about a 5 min conversation on how she was right and we were wrong and the conversation ended with her slamming the drive through window closed in our face. We actually lost our appetite and didn’t eat the ice cream. We go here once or twice a week it’s a nice place but be aware if they get your order wrong. You will be met with disrespect and how you’re completely wrong.

Showed up at 8:45pm tonight. Website states open til 9pm. No service! Drove up to drive through, black haired kid ignored me for 5 minutes, then pointed with mop handle to a sign that says “for complaints, refunds” there were three cars behind me. Guess the owner does not designate the hours they close. The employees not serving customers til 9pm is ridiculous. If was the owner, whoever the kid was would be fired.

Unless you want to wait almost 30min in the drive thru for one blizzard… don’t go to this location. Numerous times I have waited 15-30min and the ice cream tasted spoiled twice. I asked if something was wrong with it and the girl said “sometimes the machine isn’t cleaned well enough and rinsed out completely” that’s disgusting.

***UPDATE*** Seeing other reviews this is a common occurrence and seeing the reply we got from the store below shows how little they care about changing and making things better. Like I stated previously terrible customer service.
My kids went there at 8:47 and it is listed as closing at 9pm. They waited in line behind a car who was served and when they go to the intercom at 8:47 they were told they were closed. They literally were there for chocolate covered bananas. Absolute horrible customer service and the employees should be talked to about this.
