The kids who are working there: amazing, educated and knowledgeable.
I was a terrible costumer for them because I didn’t know how to explain them what I needed… they figured out and it made me feel good.

A great classic treat. This one also has food. The bike pathetic goose right thru it so it is perfect for a reason to get outside enjoy the day & treat yourself. Double dipped cherry with chocolate ice-cream for me …or should I have a chocolate malt with extra malt decisions decisions lol

Just picked up a cake at the East Dundee Dairy Queen. I went to the order board and no one assisted me. I pulled up to the window and knocked. A brown haired guy opened the window. I advised I was picking up a cake and provided my last name. He shut the window then came back and said there wasn’t a cake. I showed him my on line order and he then went back and brought out the cake. He then informed me it was ready 2 hours ago and next time to order at the order board, shut the window and walked away. He was very rude, no thank you, and unfriendly. My order number was

Got 2 brownie blizzards, I live 5 minutes away and when I got home it was just soup. Wanted a treat tonight but now I have to put it into the freezer for it to become ice cream and save it for next weekend. Not only is that a disappointment but having to ask for a lid on a blizzard that leaks everywhere in the car (happened once) is just insane. I shouldn’t have to ask for a lid through a drive through. What a disappointment.

came an hour before closing, an HOUR. ordered 3 mini blizzards. cups were slammed on the counter one by one, none flipped upside down, and the window closed in our face before we could even fully get the blizzard from the counter. met with a cold stare when I acknowledged the rude interaction. i’ve worked in businesses that close late, and like it or not you have to serve regardless
