I will ALWAYS pick DQ over Andy’s! DQs treat taste so good. I always ask for a pup cup every time I go for my dog. It used to be free now it’s $1 which is not a problem. My English bully loves it.

Went into the store spent 32.00. The staff didn’t offer lids for anything. All of the items I ordered melted before I got home very disappointed with the staff. Just wanted to get the orders done staff should take care of the customers.

Dairy Queen has always been about the ice cream and sundaes. However some people like myself eat the Chilli dogs and other food items offered. The food is average and definitely could use a new updated menu with more options. The customer service was great and she helped explain the menu items for me. The reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it’s quite drewy in the building and it also could use an update. ENJOY!!

We visited this store on Saturday, July 1st @ 3 PM. I ordered a chocolate/ vanilla twist with a chocolate shell. I received vanilla with chocolate shell. My wife’s banana split hardly had any toppings and whipped cream. More importantly, the store was dirty. The only garbage dispenser was caked with dried ice cream and toppings, chipped surface, and just dirty. Window ledges were completely dirty, tables and bases dirty. High chairs were disgusting!!. I could only imagine what the back looked like. The best part was leaving!! Now I know why they don’t have customers and why we haven’t been there for 3 years. Won’t be back either!!!

Went here on Sunday night, order a milk shake and felt sick a few hours later. The customer service isn’t good either. 3 Indian guys working and speaking in Gujarati. I speak it as well and maybe they didn’t realize I was Indian but they were making fun of people in the store. I’m all for speaking in your language but if there are customers there please speak in English. I guess it makes sense why the Andy’s down the street is always packed and this place is empty. Will not be supporting this Dairy Queen.

My wife and I went into this place on 5/5. The teenagers paid absolutely zero attention when we came in and refused to take our order. There was even a point of them making something and saying that’s so gross I dare you to eat it. Never again. Save your money and go to the other store on 59 and Schaumburg.

Employees are disgusting & Manager cant run that business to save her life! I would suggest going to the one on SUTTON RD! Their employees are rude & one of the employees who made my food dropped it in the counter and served it to me. Absolutely disgusting. The only gracious and kind employee is the one black female that worked there. Place was disgustingly dirty when I went.
